We travelled to this hotel for 2 nights on a room only basis. Staff were super nice & very informative. The rooms were very spacious which was a great surprise considering the location & to be able to see the Eiffel Tower was magical. Another bonus was having the fridge in the room. Would definitely book this hotel again.

This place is in a hidden secondary road in the Vaugirard area. The Hotel is very badly kept, generically dirty, with filthy carpets everywhere, from restaurant to rooms. The filthiest places are the corridors. The rooms doors, when working, are really in bad conditions. Noisy and smelly is the standard. The only positive note is the workers kindness. Definitely not a good place to spend your money. You can certainly have better for the same amount, and in better location too.

The rooms are medium the bath is fair the bad was comfortable the breakfast was excellent hotel location is just in front of metro station at evening many restaurants and bar just beneath plenty of options to eat or drink

After numerous attempts we were unable to get to the under hotel car park , which was probably too small for the car anyway. The reception staff, who spoke good English , did their cheerful best to help out and eventually found us a secure parking spot outside. On the strength of our IHG card we were given a room upgrade, but the only benefits we could see were air conditioning and a view across the rooftops ,though nothing of significance in view! Everything in the hotel had a somewhat tired look. The bar staff, though pleasant, did not seem to have much of an idea about running a bar , we ordered a gin and tonic and a beer, they promptly ran out of gin and beer! Breakfast the following morning was also pretty average, though the poor waitress was run off her feet whilst struggling to cope with a restaurant-full on her own! We wouldn't go back there...

We chose this hotel because it was close to Eiffel Tower (about a 15 minute walk). Check-in was easy and we were told that we can pay when we check out as we were going to be there for two nights. The room was dated but beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was an outage and it ruined our A/C unit, which could not be fixed during our entire stay. Management did make some concessions by giving us breakfast and waiving our parking fees. The hotel is in a residential area and there are many shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Yes the subway is not close by but it is a great place to walk around and experience the real life of every day living. We had a great time buying baguettes, cheese, pastries, and fresh fruits. I would probably stay at another property that is a little more current.

The room smelled damp, was a matchbox, yet it cost much more than nicer hotels closer to the center. One lift was shuttered off with cardboard, the hallways are noisy. Honestly pure crap. I am here for a week but checked out after 2 days and found a lovely boutique hotel on champs elysee for less money!

We left it until the last minute to sort out accommodation whilst in Paris so were left with little options but this hotel was ok. Good location , fair price . Decent staff . Only minor as we found with a lot of Paris is the amount of hostels nearby which equals noisy scruffy teenagers in the vicinity and local restaurants especially ones with free wi fi. Don't rule this hotel out . It's ok.

I don't understand why so many says the rooms are fine cos mine was terrible. Water sink was blocked, plastic cup in the bathroom was broken, hair found in the shower tub, TV is making weird noise when off, sound proof isn't great from the next room and upstairs....and the reception ain't exactly friendly (not rude though), and wifi is very bad connection. Definitely WILL NOT recommend this hotel.

I like this place! Close enough to the Eiffel Tower (visible) but not so close as to be overly touristic, this place is Relaxed and comfortable, with a nice bar which serves a good dinner... the risotto is amazing!

The hotel is absolutely fine and offers relatively compact (this is Paris!) rooms but they offer the standard comfort, modern and well equipped bathroom. It's a good Holiday inn hotel. The downside however is that it is quite a walk to the metro station or Montparnasse station. That's a bit misleading in the name of the place. I walked 18 min from Gare Montparnasse. To walk to the Eiffel Tower you need 30min. Breakfast is pretty much standard, nothing exuberant, just plain simple and good! Bottom line is that if you don't mind a bit of walking it offers correct value for money. So I hesitate between a 3-4 score but can't select 3.5 in the rating.
