There had been a mix up with the room booking. We had asked for twin beds and found ourselves with a double (not the fault of the hotel). At the time I thought the receptionist could have done more, so we resolved it by my daughter booking into another hotel nearby instead. When I inquired on leaving i was told they did not have another room to offer me at that time. Room is small with traffic noise if at the front and walls between rooms do not shut out noise. I was very pleased to have a kettle in the room and a fridge for the inevitable tea! The location was very good, both for access to central Paris, and for eating out. There were so many restaurants less than 5 minutes away to choose from in the evening, which we were very pleased with. The best part, which was excellent, was the continental breakfast. There was a range of cereal, bread, croissants, cheese, meats and fresh fruit salad, as well as eggs for boiling and more. I would probably stay in this area again but somewhere quieter.
warm welcoming from the reception, small but comfortable room but unfortunately we could hear we could hear our neighboors and everything that happened in the corridor... I still recommend the place for a 1-2 night stay in Paris
Just returned from 3 night stay. Room ideal size for a couple. Very clean & modern. Everything we needed, tea making, comfortable clean bed, Great location for the Metro, tv, good shower, toiletries. Staff very helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend or stay again when in Paris. Thank you, we loved every minute of our stay and seeing the sights of Paris.
As with any city centre hotel in Paris that I have ever stayed in the room was small (bijou, I think it is called!). This was as expected and everything was very clean. The shower room was perfectly fine. The best thing about the hotel is the location, situated very close to the metro which meant it was very easy to get anywhere in the city. Breakfast was a simple continental affair with plenty of bread, pastries, cold meats, yogurts and fruit juice. Would I stay there again, yes definitely as a place to rest your head that is well located.
Toilet & rooms are small. Lift doesn't go to 6th floor. Hotel situated close to the metro so communication is easy. A little bit expensive in terms of value for money. Not sure about the comfort if travelling with kids, cannot recommend.
Great Location, Great Staff Ouiza and Loran, Good Wifi, Clean Rooms, Recommended stay for singles, families or couples, Metro is few seconds away from hotel Many restaurants around. If Muslim, few Halal restaurants around area
We had just completed a cycling tour of France and had two bicycles. We had previously called the hotel and was told our bicycles could be stored in the hotel's courtyard but upon arrival, the front desk agent rudely stated that bicycles were not allowed. Eventually, he accepted the bicycles. He was additionally upset with the low rate we had received and stated that this was the reason the hotel was closing after August and becoming a hotel of prostitutes.
This is my first visit here, but certainly not my last. The service at the Reception is remarkable. The friendly welcome by the manager and his team make you feel at home immediately. The rooms are superclean, nice bathroom, beautiful linen, all perks are here: TV, table for your work, kettle, tea and coffee and all necessary trimmings in the bathroom. Breakfast is downstairs or in the room: also excellent. Wifi is free and perfect. The team is very helpful with any information you may want or need. Excellent connection to city centre by metro from here, markets and great restaurants nearby. Thank you! Mariana Amar
We booked this hotel at the very last moment, because it had special price, good location and breakfast included. Also we needed triple room. I would recommend this hotel, its very close to Metro station, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The room was cleaned every day, breakfast was good enough, not great. Hotel has small elevator which is very helpful. And the last but not the least, the stuff was very nice and very helpful. Thank you!
The hotel is situated at Daumesil which is 1 change & 5 stops from Nord, about a 20 minute journey, the hotel is on avenue Daumesil over the roundabout from the metro stop about 2 minute walk, its a 3 star hotel with free wifi, good size clean rooms, tea & coffee, the breakfast is continental buffet, & very good, does not seem to have a bar, nor restaurant, but that is not a problem as Daumesil has several within walking & paris centre is only 20 minutes away.
