This unit is part of a larger rental complex called Patios du Marais (you can google for reviews as there were none on VRBO when I booked).
Overall it was ok but the beds were quite soft and the couch badly stained. Time for a replacement.
I had thought it would be an individual owner I was dealing with so just a heads up that is not the case.
