Myself and my fiancée stayed in this hotel in October 2017 for 4 days as it was fiancée's birthday. It is a lovely hotel and in a great location situated right next to the Arc De Triomphe. We had a nice room with a balcony looking on to the Arc which is nice to sit out on and watch the world go by. The room was a good size with everything that you need and there was very little noise from outside. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and spoke very good English. The only slight negative, and the reason that I never rated it a 5 out of 5, was the breakfast. There is a very small dining room downstairs with limited options to eat. There were things like ham, cheese, toast etc, but they did run out quite quick and the woman who was there wasn't very quick in refilling the trays. She also never explained about the hot food options and for 13 Euro's you can get better breakfasts in the cafes nearby the hotel. However, don't let this put you off this hotel. It's a fabulous hotel for the price in a great location with very helpful reception staff. The biggest compliment I can give it is that if we come back to Paris I will definitely stay in this hotel again. A little tip for you. You can get on the shuttle bus from CDG airport for 17 Euros per person and it takes you to the next street along from the Etoile Park Hotel. It is literally a 5 min walk away. This takes the hassle out of trying to work out how to get into the centre of Paris from the airport.
We recently stayed at this quaint little hotel which is close to everything Paris. We stayed in room 61 for 3 nights and returned a week later and had room 44. 61 was much nicer and larger so if you can, try to book it. We had a side view of the Arc from both rooms and cross the road to apartments and another hotel. The street is not too busy and very quiet at night and we slept well. The room had heavy curtains which made it dark and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and fresh. We had breakfast included which was a continental but plenty for us. The breakfast room is rather small as is the elevator but I guess that is normal for Paris. There are restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops close by and in the surrounding streets. The Metro is at the top of the street near the Arc which will get you to anywhere in Paris. Javier is a real asset to this hotel, not only is he very efficient but he has a genuine friendliness and charm and makes you feel like a long lost friend. He remembered our names after a day and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly. I highly recommend this lovely little hotel if you dont like staying in large impersonal chain hotels. Very reasonably priced too. Will definately stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Paris.
We are staying at this hotel at a last minute booking, today is our second day and it has been a very nice stay, attention is a 5/5 and they have staff that talk perfect Spanish, i’m so happy we found this hotel for me a 4 star hotel, rooms are clean, nice staff and perfect location. ❤️🥐🙌🏻
Very good location, but, extremely small and messy rooms. I really thanks to Mr. Javier who is friendly professional receptionist 😍. Comfortable bed and nice view also good shower.. its good that my room was on first floor since elevator was not working at the time of check-in
You would never expect this. Right in the centre of Paris there is a small hotel that really can be called “bijou”. Not only that, but it is real value for money considering it is near the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomph and Notre Dame. It has all the qualities of a five-star hotel but is only rated and priced as a 3 star. Why is this? It is because of Ruth, from the Dominican Republic and her colleagues, Naceur ,Javier and Nadia (from Algeria). I have never seen staff in the centre of any big city put themselves out so much to help and be so genuinely and enthusiastically friendly. The Etoile Park on Avenue Mac Mahon is named after the star shape of the roadways which converge on the Arc de Triomphe which is only round the corner that leads into the Champs Elysee and the marvellous French shopping experience-if you have that sort of money. The hotel really is a star because of its staff. Ruth works 12 hour shifts on reception. Naceur greets you in the evening and stays overnight. Sometimes Javier takes over. Next morning Nadia is hard at work as the housekeeper providing a standard of cleanliness and attention to detail that you don’t always find in larger hotels. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It is a small firm which owns the hotel which was refurbished about 2 years ago . Ruth spent a lot of time trying to help me get back €12 which I’d been overcharged by taxi company. I greatly appreciate that. When you walk in, do not expect a spacious lounge, but do expect a designer effort to be different. There are white hangings on the wall with large swirling black motifs that echo the ironwork on the balconies of nearby apartment blocks. The furniture is comfortable and the overall effect of the carpet and cushions matching is pleasant. The lounge looks larger than it is because of the massive mirror on one wall opposite a tiny bar and the entrance through to a well-kept toilet. There is only one lift up to the bedrooms and the very narrow corridors. As the building is not too tall and there is a good staircase everyone should feel secure. One afternoon when I was there than the broke down but Ruth ensured that the maintenance company was there very quickly. The bedrooms , which have laminated wood floors, can have quirky corners and odd shaped angles to the wall because every inch of space is used. In our room there were lovely heavy curtains with Don Quixote pictures upon them. There are no self-made drinks in the rooms-but tea and coffee are freely available down in the lounge. The hotel does not provide a restaurant but well a order in any type of food from the many restaurants nearby. We found the mattress to be comfortable and the room warm. The shower and bathroom area and quality taps and everything worked. There was not much of a view out of the window but most hotels of this character have been made from former tenement apartments, where the windows overlook each other. Still, gauze curtains help! If I ever go back to Paris, I would certainly stay here again and heartily recommend this hotel.
First of all, the location is perfect, really well connected by metro for every destination in Paris, the rooms were very clean, and cleaned daily. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the staff is super friendly, helpful and caring, they treat their guests like they are respected family members so we really felt appreciated and cozy, they make you feel like home. I really wish we could stay more then 3 days, it was a memorable experience. Special thanks to the best receptionists Javier and Asseta (I hope I spelled their names correctly :) )
Boutique hotel located near the Arc de Triomphe. Our room had a small balcony that you could see the Arc. Great location, clean, well appointed but small room. The lobby was comfortable with a small bar and free coffee. The service was great. The staff was very helpful especially Javier. Located near many brassieres, shopping and metro. Very happy with our stay.
We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel! The room was huge especially by Paris standards. Breakfast was reasonably priced and very nice! Service was excellent and very friendly. excellent location with a view of the Arc de Triomphe!! A must stay in Paris!
This hotel has the best location and ambiance . The receptionist Jaxier has indeed been very helpful and gave the best service during my stay here . I would definitely recommend this hotel to all who visiting Paris for the first time . Thank you etoile park . A memorable experience indeed 🙂
Everything you need in Paris is a place to sleep, get some rest and a shower. This is one of these places with seats and a Nespresso machine in the lobby that has all it takes.... large rooms especially those with view on the Arc de Triomphe..
