J'ai adoré mon séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin juste à côté. C'est idéal pour explorer la ville, et je me suis senti(e) complètement à l'aise et chez moi. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un excellent logement !

Wonderful apartment, easy to turn on the heat, best area, nice that it was placed close to a metrostation, quite at nighttime.Super restaurant in the street.Perfect information from several videos.

Lovely place in a fantastic neighborhood. Really cool food spots/galleries on the street outside, and plenty to do nearby. Only note is that you may need to bring some essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, etc. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

At first I was nervous about a "non-owner" overseeing everything, but the hightech key system and the most responsive "host" ever made our stay quite special. The detailed instructions with accompanying videos was the best we've ever had. The location was superb. We are walkers and everything was within 8-15 minutes away. Otherwise we took the metro everywhere, which was very easy. We were introduced to luggage storage for the first time and were fascinated with all the options. We didn't use the kitchen because of our short stay, but someone could quite easily stay at the apartment quite easily for 2-4 weeks. The heating system with 4 different zones allowed us to just use what we needed. Great shower, which can be questionable in Paris. All newcomers should know about the RER vesus an expensive cab. We always take the RER to anywhere in Paris. Inexpensive and reliable.

This was such a lovely home base from which to explore Paris. It was quiet, comfortable, and close to restaurants. We were able to walk just a few blocks to a metro stop and the grocery store. It even has a small washer/drier for laundry. We would definitely stay here again.

Joli logement bien situé à proximité de Beaubourg. Les photos du site sont conformes.Spacieux et agréable pour 4 pers,sauf la SDB,étroite .Seul point négatif, la communication avec la plate forme. Nous avions un problème avec la clef et sa télécommande ( avons changé la pile),malgré cela il nous fallait plus de 5 -10 min pour ouvrir la porte.!!!

5 Night Stay in The Marais

Arrival and departure at the property was inconvenient, cumbersome, and stressful. Particularly on departure. Pickup and drop-off was at a key box located in a cafe about a 10 min walk away and the cafe personnel are of no help. All assistance is via mobile chat and we experienced a technical malfunction upon departure to the airport which was very stressful. Apartment has 3 separate doors to entry and is 4 story walk up. Photos look charming, but in reality, reminded me of a college dorm. Unit was not cleaned properly and kitchen items were incomplete or in very poor condition. Seems management is by remote control, so very frustrated with useless back and forth msgs. Bathroom was like a cheap motel. We will not return.

Mixed review The pros and cons

Stayed 14 NightsPros: The living space was as shown in the listing. The location was convenient to the Metro. Con’s:The bathroom is cramped and dated. There is a small tub shower with chipped tiles. The shower curtain is nasty and should be replaced. The listing said it was on the 3rd floor. Actually seems more like 6 floors as each landing had a door off it to a unit.. 72 step winding stairwell to the top floor. We found it best to leave in the morning and not return until after dinner. We did not use the kitchen for meal prep. For communication there was a What’s App link. At times I heard from different 3rd parties. - City Apartment Stay , VRBO, BnB Nova, Guesty and Swikly. The team did send a tech to add additional caulking in response to a shower leak. When the TV remote did not work it was suggested I purchase batteries. I should trek the 72 step stairwell into an unfamiliar neighborhood looking for batteries was their solution. i pointed out it was solar powered or rechargeable via a USB port. Days later a remote was delivered. The key pickup is awkward. Three days before checkin you receive the location of the “secret” address of the Key Cafe. A 600 meter walk to the flat. Returning the keys to the Key Cafe did not work for us. The provided code was not found - not my error. The Key Cafe is not staffed. Unfortunately this has resulted in my damage deposit being withheld. At this time I have not received an invoice.so don’t know actual replacement cost.

Great location

The apartment is located on a quiet street full of art galleries and coffee shops in the otherwise busy neighborhood. We were lucky with weather so I ended up walking pretty much everywhere. The apartment is nice, even if somewhat dated, and fits two very comfortably. The bathroom is not ideal; taking a shower was a bit of an ordeal with water splashing all of the place. In terms of the renting process, there was a pretty hefty security deposit. It was refunded but the process took close to two weeks. I was a bit nervous about it because there are so many intermediaries (property management via What'sApp plus some outfit that handles finances on top of Vrbo). Now that I've gone through it all successfully, I would probably rent this place again because of the location.

An enjoyable stay in Le Marias

Perfect property for a couple wanting to enjoy a week in Paris. Apartment was very clean and well equiped. Metro is close and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.

Clean, quiet flat in a very good location

The apartment was lovely and had some nice touches. Clean, with towels and bed linens. We really enjoyed the gorgeous view and cozy decor. The neighborhood was so interesting- we had lots of fun exploring restaurants, shops and art galleries immediately next to the flat. The host provided very detailed and clear instructions and was attentive and available.
