The apartment looks exactly the same as the pictures. Renovated. Clean. AC works well. However those pictures strategically avoid the condition of the building and common areas. This building is a dump. The staircase is unsafe with broken steps and falling pieces. The walk up is intense. The last part of the staircase is so tight that you can not go through if you are carrying a suitcase and wearing a backpack at the same time. Inside of the building has a smell of construction and oldness. The Wi-Fi does not work even with boosting multiple times we could not make it work. The host / property management was very responsive and nice. When we arrived the cleaning was not completed. To compensate they let us stay after the official check out time which is super early at 10 am. If you are traveling with young children, with a lot of luggage I do not recommend to stay here.
