My wife and I stayed here for a couple weeks in fall of 2017. We were both impressed with the attitude and helpfulness of every member of the staff, especially the folks behind the desk. Requests for help were dealt with quickly and professionally, including assisting us in obtaining medical care. It took us a couple tries because we were not familiar with how that works in France, but they stuck with us and made sure we got the medical attention we needed. A minor problem with the laundry facility was dealt with by the desk clerk immediately, rather than waiting for someone from maintenance to handle it. Everyone was friendly and we just wish that every hotel we've stayed at had a staff as excellent as this one. While the hotel is not located in a tourist area, to us that was an advantage. It's in a quiet neighborhood, a block off a main thoroughfare. Grocery store was right across the street. Lots of good restaurants within a block or two walk, and two metro stations within a two block walk, making it easy to get to central Paris in short order. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff here! Besides their helpful advice and friendly service while staying here, they were also quick to let me know I left something in the room. This place is conveniently located to several stores, several restaurants, and 2 Metro stations. A word of caution, if there is a demonstration or parade you will be cut off from Line 5. Make sure to look up alternate routes in case of last minute surprises. Although we did not partake of the breakfast service this time, it smelled lovely and inviting. One of our favorite places for dining in the area was the Vietnamese place down the street. (Thank you Anthony!) The room included a nice balcony, a serviceable kitchenette with a mini fridge, and the bathroom was clean. The room was generally a good size and a good value for the money. One more thing to keep in mind is that room service is only included for an additional charge, unless you are staying 6 or more days. (I did notice signs for there a laundry room downstairs.) Overall my friend and I enjoyed staying here and if the beds were a bit more comfortable, then it would easier for me to rate this a 5 instead of a 4.

After a long day of exploring it was always nice too return to your room. I slept well rested and was ready to start my next adventure. Love it! The location was so convenient that occasionally we would quickly return to the hotel to rest in between excursions.

Not that bad, at least the apartment is clean and location is pretty good. Reception was good and knowledgeable but no bellman will carry your luggage, better travel with 1 X big luggage and try not to have so many other bags with you unless you travel with a man.... No bathroom amenities, please buy yourself. Very nice Italian Restaurant nearby the Resident, please try....we went twice for our 3 night stay.

We loved our stay at Citadines Paris. It a charming little unit in Paris close to the Railway station. Anthony at reception was extremely helpful when we lost our cr cards. He was also very sweet wishing me a happy 50th birthday with a bottle of champagne and chocolates on our arrival. It was in a quiet safe area and reception was manned 24/7.

Located on a quiet side street, with very close metro access at each end of the short street. Close to the Place d'Italy and Butte aux Cailles area with its restaurants and street markets. Also close by are several large supermarkets such as Carrefour and Monoprix and of course a number of bakeries. The multi-lingual reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In the breakfast area behind the reception, there is a free coffee machine with good coffee throughout the day and night. The room is, for Paris, very generously sized and well equipped, even with an ironing board and iron, large size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and good array of cutlery. Includes of course TV and good free wifi. Pay parking as well as breakfast for EU10 is also available, but we did not avail ourselves of these services. Everything is spotlessly clean. We spent 2 weeks here and definitely felt very much at home. There are even free umbrellas at the entrance door, should you hit a rainy day and need such.

Friendly staff more than happy to assist with your questions and give honest advise. Room was reasonable but wouldn't rave about it. Good wifi. Location is a bit far from major tourist sites but talking to the staff they will tell you all the options for the nearby public transportation systems which work well.

This hotel is close to several metro and bus stations. "Nationale" was more convenient for us as it is direct line to Eiffel Tower and if you choose bus #27 - you will arrive to Latin Quarter and even Louvre, Opera. I liked the hotel area because it is neither the city center, nor the suburbs. Several supermarkets available by foot, I recommend "Leader" near "Nationale". The room we got wasn't spacious but enough for two, with kitchenette including everything you need +fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom had bathtub, shower was excellent. Near the breakfast corner you can find a coffee machine, it is free and very pleasantly to drink coffee or tea in the morning. The personnel is extremely helpful and nice! We had some questions and hotel stuff was kind to us. My husband had birthday, he was congratulated by the hotel with a card and sweets - so nice and tasty:) In conclusion I'd like to say thanks to the hotel. Our stay there was wonderful.

Not exactly CBD but so close to 4 Metro stations, this hotel was extremely quiet, the staff were very helpful, very clean and not badly situated...wwxstayed firc7 nughts and found it a very good place to stay..well done guys..

Have stayed at Citadines in several cities. This one met the usual high standard. Good location 3 minutes from Metro, several supermarkets and boulangerie just minutes away. Very helpful staff. Maps and a city guide free of charge.
