The Space:
Welcome to this charming 43 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Boulevard Saint-Germain in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Living Room: 1 Double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The Boulevard Saint-Germain is one of the great axes of the Left Bank, and at number 93 you are placed right at the heart of one of Paris's most culturally rich and pleasurable neighbourhoods. The immediate surroundings are lively and diverse, with legendary literary cafés such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore just a short walk west, alongside art galleries, bookshops, wine bars and restaurants of every style and price. The church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the oldest in Paris, is around the corner, and the Jardin du Luxembourg is a pleasant 10-minute stroll away.
The Musée d'Orsay and the Seine are a short walk north, and the Latin Quarter with its bookshops, cafés and university life is just across the boulevard. The Musée de Cluny and the Odeon theatre are close by, and Saint-Michel with its RER connections to the airports is within easy reach. Whether you are here for culture, gastronomy or simply the pleasure of walking through some of the most beautiful streets in Paris, this address puts you at the centre of it all.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
