Welcome to our charming Studio extremely well located in the heart of Paris, near the Etienne Marcel and Montorgueil streets known for their bars, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, chic and trendy boutiques, Halfway between the Grands Boulevards and the Place de l'Opera my modern, bright, warm accommodation tastefully decorated and fully equipped is ideal for a successful stay in the capital as a couple

- 1 living room with double bed (140 cm), armchair, table and chairs for 2 people, Smart TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen area (hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower and sink
- 1 separate toilet
