Room needs disinfecting, smells bad. Our family was placed on different floors and Telephone unit in room not working. Wifi connection sporadic and disconnects. Reception staff very unpleasant and does nothing to fix the problems. Came with tour group so had no choice. Of all the budget hotels we stayed at during the tour. This was the worst.
Fantastic find, easy to get to from Paris main perimeter road. good quality hotel with restaurant onsite, FREE PARKING! 15 minutes walk to the nearest Metro. Clean & very comfortable bed, easy secure access even when reception is closed,
I do recommend this hotel. The room was clean and simple but nicely styled and well equipped. With a bus stop right in front of the hotel, the city centre is easily accessible. Free local parking is available at the back of the hotel. A small shopping mall is just 10 meters away from the hotel entrance.
The hotel is a bit far south of Paris. 20 minutes walking for RER. We came with a late check in at 23pm. The room was infested with bugs. I tried to get a new room but they couldn't give one to us since they were completely full. They told us it wasn't the first time people report bugs in their hotel. As the A/C is old and not working at all... it's easy for these things to stay there. The service is bad. They did enter our room while we were naked and asleep in the morning. Seriously a good way to annoy a guest. Didn't like it at all. Ended up changing room the following day. Then we realized it wasn't simple bugs. It was BEDBUGS. Not in bed but on the wall. We've been eaten all night long and it started to appear the day after. It could be very bad is you're allergic or so. It ruined our trip in Paris as it was scratchy ALOT. And this thing can infest your place and bags. This hotel need to close. And disinfect entirely... It's really bad. Good luck if you're there
The area around the hotel is just not friendly at all: there is no restaurants, shops or places to go, the area itself is far from nice, specially at night. Hotel receptionist and staff are rude. Not kind or helpfull at any time. I've been there for 5 days, after all these days they perfectly knew me and that I didn't speak french - they just don't care at all and kept speaking to me in french. Last day in the morning I was going to have breakfast and I took the luggage with me because I was going to check out right after it. They shout me with very bad manners that I was not allowed to get in with the luggage and I should take it back to my room, which didn't make any sense. Again, stuff were very rude this time. Also, I couldn't work as WIFI doesn't work.
Hotel is quite large. Budget type, short term accommodation for persons passing by and in need of somewhere to stay. Price was not cheap, but relative to season & availability. Room was of basic decoration and not in such good repair. Breakfast is at extra cost. Area around the hotel is not good to find restaurants, bars and general thing to do of an evening. There are better places to stay.
Filthy, horrible hotel room! Within 20 minutes of arriving in my room I was sat on the bed and found 2 bed bugs crawling on me. I then pulled off the bed sheets to check for more and found hairs in the bedding and blood spots on the pillow (under the pillow case). Having not found any more insects, but still being worried from what else I had found, I pulled the bed away from the wall and found lots of eggs and molted skins! Having paid for my room on arrival the hotel were very reluctant to offer me a refund and would only offer me a different room. I finally secured a refund and found alternative accommodation.
In my 7 days stay I've encountered several problems. The airconditioning is configured for heating only. The ventilation in room 307 is really loud. Changed room to 508, the room is in the front of a busy road, with the airconditioning not working, it gets really hot in the room, but if you open the window, the noise of the traffic is disturbing. Wifi is available, but you can't connect to the internet properly, you can't even setup a vpn connection due to the speed. Not much choice at breakfast. Shoepolish machine is absent. I've complaint to the manager and he reacted not reasonable. On top of all this, the hotel is located in a neighbourhood where you normally wouldn't want to be. All with all, a really really bad hotel compared to the hotels where I stay normally for the same price.
On arrival the A/C did not work, so they gave us another room on a different floor. We stayed for three days, and every day the WiFi would stop working and we had to ask them to reset it, the last day it did not work at all. only one elevator services the hotel and you can only fit two people with their luggage, good luck if you're trying to use it when others are doing the same. Hotel staff was ok with the exception of what I assume was the manager, she was very rude and condescending.
You ask clientes to make check in before 11:00 AM bit rooms aré not prepared inútil 14:30. You charged me 6€ for city taxes and gave me no recipt.... This si not serious and I was not given nothing in exchange
