At check-in, staff didn't seem to familiar with their own hotel's computer system. Didn't ask me to pay the VAT National tax. Upon giving the access card to the room, the card didn't work until a few changes were made to the system. Next day returning to the hotel, same problem again and I was accused of not paying the VAT tax that the staff didn't bother to collect from me when checking in. Not impressed

I had a wonderful stay, I will recommend

Great hotel, neat, friendly staff, good breakfast, elevator great, gym nice. The room also cool too, clean, and quiet. Close to the metro just about 3-5mins enjoyable walk. 12-15mins to the centre by metro. Supermarket close by and food restaurant too.

Parking was not as advertised on Expedia. It is 20 euros per night. Also, they didn't have the key cards programmed into the elevator, so we had to ask for help every time we wanted to access the parking garage - even to take the elevator down to the garage.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner inclus était un excellent début de journée. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté et la modernité des chambres. Bien que l’hôtel ne soit pas situé au cœur de Paris, il est facilement accessible grâce aux transports en commun, à quelques minutes à pied. Il faut compter environ 25 minutes pour se rendre aux attractions touristiques les plus fréquentées de Paris. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel. De plus, il y a un gym quelque chose qui était essentiel pour moi. Le staff de l’hôtel était très gentil et courtois

This is definitely a hotel that is both chic and colourful. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Location wise it’s about 30 minutes with the metro so it’s easy to explore the city .

Bel hôtel, propre et moderne à proximité des transports. Les préposés sont très aimables et le déjeuner est excellent excellent. Le bémol pour moi est le gymnase qui n’est pas bien équipé et qui devrait l’être contenu de l’ampleur de cet hôtel, et j’aurais aimé aussi avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre, ça serait une belle attention.

Un accueil convivial, dynamique et joyeux sans faire dans le familier. L'hôtel est calme (bien insonorisé !! C'est à signaler). Il y a même un côté assez classe dans cet hôtel avec sa déco. Le métro est proche.
