Just finished an 8 day stay at this location and it is excellent! The location alone is 300ft from the Gustave-Roussey (spelling might not be correct) M-14 Metro station which means you are 25 minutes from downtown Paris for 2.5 Euro’s! Station was secure at all hours and very safe with excellent lighting! The hotel staff was friendly, spoke English and helpful. Dining options on the 10th floor, small workout room for fitness and of course was very clean and almost brand new. The area is being developed now that the metro station has come. Local food/shopping is a mere 15-20m walk through town. A huge Carfour grocer is also close! Water, sheets and kitchenette all in excellent condition. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would stay here again along with my family and friends, especially this is your first trip.

Ideal location very near new metro station, new hotel in good condition room was ideal with small kitchen facility, although no sauce pans only frying pans available. Only issue was the requirement to give a 100 euro deposit at check in, but for us and others they were unable to take it as a credit card as it would not work on their computer. They blamed our cards despite just having paid the costs of the stay on the same card! They insisted we had to pay in cash or we could not be allowed to check in, that left me with hardly any cash as i normally pay with credit card. Not a good start to our stay, you need to take cash for the deposit if you stay here!

Good place to stay for a Paris vacation

The Good: 1. Location: Right next to Metro Line 14 station, direct line to ORY airport and many major Paris sightseeing sites. However area around the station still under constructions, so no other facilities around yet (restaurants, supermarket, shopping). 2. Value: Good price for rooms/amenities offered. Have cooking / refrigerator / sink / Microwave in room. Yes, you can definitely see the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop and some rooms. Laundry room is small but functional. Air conditioning is working well and a must for hot summer days. 3. Staff: Friendly and helpful staff as always. Needs Improvement: 1. Room service schedule: Every 3 days, no cleaning over the weekend. This was not disclosed during booking or checkin. While not supercritical, trash pile up easily and we have to clean this up ourselves. 2. Internet: Wifi went down twice during our stay, for a very long time (few hours at least). So you definitely need your own cellular backup. 3. Bathroom shower/tub: We just don't quite understand the half glass door concept of the tub. Water gets all over the bathroom floor during shower. A simple shower curtain would have solve this problem and much more easy to maintain. 4. Location: Construction still going on due to new Metro station, and this will likely continue for couple years. However it isn't too noisy during the day and they don't work weekends.

New property, even though construction is happening around the building it did not bother me. Very close to station 14 that can take you to central paris. Station is also pretty new and it's not busy. Also there is a terrace where you can see the Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again
