Excellent location!! Very clean! Friendly service!
The staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great area with lots of dining options. Convenient for sightseeing. Great choice.
Clean and quiet. Neighborhood was amazing. Staff was friendly. Very convenient to anything and everything you would want to do. Highly recommend this hotel.
The property is in a great location however, I was given a room in the basement with no WiFi or cellular service. In addition to the tech issues, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom had bugs. I was extremely disappointed. For $264, this is a big NO.
I would love to give this a 5-star review, but there was a problem with the AC during my stay and it seems consistent with other reviews. Good location, the day-time manager, Hanafi, is wonderful and they offer lovely touches like home-made cake, lots of local heritage, etc but for me, AC from May - Sept in Paris is crucial as it's too noisy for open windows all night. If I stay here again, it will only be in winter. Also worth noting - it's up a very steep hill. Fine for light bags, but not if you have heavy bags or have trouble with hills.
The room was small in typical French fashion but very clean. Has everything we needed for a two night stay. Breakfast was delicious
I'm so glad we found this hotel, my Wife & I will be using it for every Paris trip from now on. It had eveything we wanted in a Montmartre hotel and all the staff were very helpful.
Nice location. Very clean. However, room facilities are poor.
This hotel is really far from all the main attractions of Paris, so you will either have to Uber, taxi or take the metro about 25 minutes to the sites. The hotel is updated and clean but our room was small and the bathroom was microscopic. There was a door to get into the bathroom and then another door to get into the toilet. This was extremely challenging and we aren't a big family, so not sure how a larger person would be able to do this. We ended up propping the first door open and leaving it that way unless we were showering because it was so tight. The staff was pleasant enough until we encountered the old man the last day during checkout. He was extremely rude to my grown up daughter and made her cry as she left and most of the way to the airport, so that really didn't leave a good taste in the mouth. So overall all the pros didn't outweigh the cons, next time I will stay at a larger hotel near the center of the city.
