C’est une escroquerie!! Je n’ai jamais reçu les instructions pour accéder à l’appartement. Après 2h d’attente, j’ai donc reçu un e-mail à 20h annulant la réservation, alors que j’aurais déjà avoir pris possession du logement ; annulation sans solution d’hébergement de remplacement! Hôtels.com refuse de me rembourser. Par ailleurs l’appartement n’est pas dans un quartier très recommandé. J’ai attendu devant l’appartement dans la rue 2 heures …..
