We really enjoyed the decor of the hotel and the friendly staff were always available to help us. The breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed the 24hr coffee and sparkling water machines.

We were able to get into our room early the day we arrived from the US and that was super helpful. Plus everyone was nice and accommodating, and the hotel is very luxurious. The room and bathroom were huge plus there was a small balcony. Lots of nice little luxurious, which you need during a trip.

Great location with nearby Metro connection within a few minute walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help. Housekeeping were great here, and the rooms have AC and nice modern rooms. The walls are a little thin, so sometimes you can hear noise, but it was an overall great experience.

The room was extremely small, we has two two cabin plus one bigger luggage and could not accommodate all of them. There was no hanger for the two towels. On the other hand, the location is very convenient.

The bed was too firm and pillows were not puff enough. There was a homeless man at the top of the road when we came back that direction and my wife didn’t feel too safe about that so we made sure we came back the other way always.

The location was pretty good for shopping and close to the Arch of Triumph. However, maybe there might have been a better location for some of the main attractions. If you don’t mind it being on a side street, I think it’s fine.

The location is perfect for us. Turn to one direction you can enjoy some action on the main street. Turn to the other direction, you can enjoy a quieter stroll. Wonderful staff members and they ALL look like movie stars. One looks like Henry Cavill. One downside about this hotel is before you arrive you'll get an email from Sonders to fill out registration/passport information. If you're traveling and don't have access to secure wi-fi it can be stressful. Thankfully, it's a hosted hotel so if you cannot get it done, one of the movie stars will help you with the paperwork.
