Bienvenue dans ce charmant appartement de 40m2 a paris 13, idéal pour 4 personnes. Niché au rez-de-chaussée d'un bel immeuble, entouré de restaurants et bars animés, il offre une expérience authentique de la vie parisienne. La station de métro à 50 mètres facilite vos déplacements.



La cuisine équipée et la chambre douillette avec lit 160x200 assurent votre confort. La salle de bains moderne propose une douche à l'italienne. I would NOT recommend this apartment. I booked this stay based on the highly rated reviews but it was not close to what was advertised. The room is located on the lower floor right next to the lobby where you can hear EVERYTHING. We never had a good night sleep even with earbuds in. It sounded like someone was trying to break in every night, people coming and going at all hours of the night, doors opening and slamming shut and at one point after unlocking the lobby door another person came storming in right after us just looking at us and we didn't feel safe..There aren't any big windows or any ventilation in the apartment and with the heat wave going on we felt like we were stuck in a heat dungeon and it was very uncomfortable.I asked David to make the sofa bed for us but it wasn't done. We took a shower and it was clogged, water wasn't draining down and was over flowing out of the shower and onto our bathroom floors, the door handle was broken, toilet seat was not the correct size and everytime we sat on it, it felt like we would fall right off. It was too small and wobbly and what was worse was our wifi stopped working as well. David told me he was waiting for the operator and he never got back to me. When asked for an update he said he was still waiting. Not acceptable especially for someone out of town depending on wifi. The longer we stayed, the worse it got. Don't stay here!
