Aparthotel Adagio La Defense Kleber4.0 out of 5.0

Decent sized rooms, but spartan furnishings. Poor AC, and smells of cooking from other rooms spread to neighbouring rooms. Poor sound insulations. And then a large rat was wandering past in the garden outside the breakfast room. Stay in the Mercure across the road, not this dump.
We stayed at this hotel as part of a packaged holiday from BA. It was good with all amenities we required for a short holiday. Have stayed in Aparthotels in south of France and expected the same level of service. It's very close to La Defense so it was very convenient to get to the city centre.
Nice ambience, just 10 mins walk to grand arch. Good for a business trip if your office is in La Defence. Interior of the room is good. Good quality utensils, kitchen is great. Comfy bed. I'd recommend this place if you're visiting on a business trip
I stay for 14 nights at this Aparthotel in room 1006 from 13 - 27 Nov. All receptionist are proficient in English. I opted for 1 Bedroom apartment which was big enough. Interior of the room was nicely done and very clean. Small separate kitchen with sufficient crocery and cooking utensils provided which was quite helpful. Also, some extra utensils were requested which were also accomodated. Plenty of nearby markets like carrefour, picard etc etc. Direct view of Eiffel Tower from room and enjoyed glittering every night. Wifi bandwidth is quite good & uninterrupted. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS QUITE GOOD AND I PREFER TO VISIT AGAIN. !!!!!
2bedroom apartment RATES: Rates/night from January/2016 to December/2016 priced at a lower and upper spectrum based on guest size. For a 4-Person party, rates of 748€/night at peak periods to 171€/night cheapest. Rates are discounted from the 4th night on but a flexible local tax of 2.2€/person/day is applicable. HOUSEKEEPING: Personalised housekeeping for guests staying over 4 days. Hotel provides housekeeping once a week at no charge. However , guest can opt for the 18€/day optional cleaning service. TELECOMMUNICATION: A free WiFi service is available to all guest but the high speed connection is charged from 5€. Phone (per pulse) is also available @0.40€. FOOD/SHOPS: Only breakfast buffet is served at 11€/person/day. However, there are a variety of excellent restaurants/eateries nearby in the La Defense area. 7-10minutes walk. Cnit, Le Quarte Temp are some of the big shops around. LANGUAGE BARRIER: Predominantly French speaking but a fair few(concierge) do commune in English. The challenge largely will be finding a way to communicate with the Housekeepers. All I came across spoke no English. Hand gestures worked sometimes. ROOMS: Are small but tidy. There is Air conditioning all over. Kitchen is built into the sitting room with no extractor hood. There is a collapsible Pullman bed underneath the central sofa for an unplanned guest. Sitting room is studio like, with a dinning and work desk provided. Also installed are a dishwasher, a fridge 2 shower rooms and a toilet. Furniture could be better for the charge @ peak pricing. Also large families who'd prefer to cook in would rather have a refrigerator to reduce their sequence for groceries. Area is in Courbevoie close to the Puteaux business district, serene and secure. 7 minutes reach of the La Defense subway. CHECK IN/OUT: 3PM/11AM. Oh! And a fantastic view of the Effiel Tower at night from my room(11th floor) with binoculars.
A very nice place to stay for both short or long stay in Paris, with excellent straight metro line to central paris, and a lot of nice amenities nearby such as groceries, food areas (La Defense) and even a large mall (La Quatre Temps); but only issue is that they dont clean the rooms everyday, and it is not very clear how long one has to stay for the cleaning entitlement; this was NOT AT all clear in our Booking.com reservation nor was informed when checking in. All staff was good except a few who would do well to smile once a while. I will always stay there because overall it is a very good place in great surroundings, but PLEASE be clear on the cleaning schedule
The hotel is situated well connected by metro and bus. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are many shops and restaurants near by. The area is extremely quite. The room has a small kitchen with utensils, dishwasher and cleaning tablets. There is also a laundry available at the basement.
Employer paid so I can't say it's worth the money or not. But it was a largely clean with bit of musty smell. Stayed for two weeks. Shower and wifi had issues. Shower got fixed after 7 days. Wifi didn't. Super slow and bad connection strength. But if it's just nitpicking if you get it in a good price, it's totally livable. People at the reception were mostly nice. Cleaning was once a week (for a room priced at 150 eur/day). No coffee or water provided. Nor sugar salt or anything. Small kitchen is there which works fine usually if you can go to the market and buy stuff. Major Metro station is near (1km) which can lead you to anywhere in Paris which is pretty convenient.
WeNt for new years eve at this hotetl with my friends Booked a 6 pax apartment at the top floors The view is amazing Quite spacious I would recommend some maintenance in the bathrooms but nothing to catch the eye, maybe i.m a bit to harsh Clean kitchen withe everything you need from silverware to dishwasher Huge balcony Be advised it is a NON Smoking hotel The walk to the metro station La Defense is about 10 minutes At 100 meters from the hotel there is a shop where you can find almost everything you need, also in the opposite direction there is a Carrefour market Near the hotel you can find a few coffee shops and restaurants The area was extremely quite but i think during normal days the entire neighborhood will get very loud I recommend it for a Paris visit especially if you are on a limited budget Can.t think of any conns except the minor rust issues in the toilets
This was our second visit and we love this aparthotel for its convenience and value. What we didnt expect this year was what our apartment on the top floor gave us! An amazing 300 degree view of Paris and a huge area to walk about outside on the roof. We didn't need to wait at the Eifel Tower to watch the lights on the hour we could stand on our balcony with a glass of wine and watch the spectacle. As ever kitchen has everything you need including simple things like cleaning bits and tablets for the dishwasher. Great little supermarket open late for provisions and so close to La Defense for bigger facilities. Easy access to the Metro. We'll be back next year and booking appt 1405 please!
