The property was a well-appointed, neat, clean and spacious apartment with great views of notable Parisian landmarks. It was close to shops, the Paris metro & RER stations. The apartment was easy to find and the neighbour hood was very quiet. Charles was easy to contact, with clear check- in instructions.

The best of both worlds

If you’ve ever dreamt of savoring a meal, whether lovingly prepared yourself or discovered at a nearby market bursting with fresh produce and artisanal delight, while gazing out at a sweeping view that stretches from the Eiffel Tower to the Panthéon and beyond, this apartment delivers. Located in a quiet residential area, it offers a peaceful escape from the bustle of central Paris, yet the metro is just minutes away when you’re ready to explore. The only thing that could make it better? Swapping out a couple of the less-than-comfortable chairs for one or two cozy armchairs to truly sink into the view.

Everything we needed, A nice neighborhood but not at all touristy. Well equipped kitchen. I wish I had had more time to just be in the space. A very pleasant calm ambiance. I would book again.

Biking Around Paris

Our family of three enjoyed 4 days at Charles' apartment. The apartment was very clean and the views of the twinkling Eiffel Tower at night were so much for our 13-year-old to take in. An easy walk to the Metro station, stores, and cafes made it the perfect launch pad for our biking adventures around the city. Charles is an excellent communicator and a gracious host!

Beautiful property overlooking Paris

Charles' apartment was perfect for our one-week stayin Paris. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. It is located in a residential area of the 14th arrondissement, close to the St. Jacques Metro and close to a food market restaurants, and bakery. We were wiothin copmfortable walkling diostance of the 5th, 6th, and 7th Arrondissements and the Seine. The apartment is on the 10th floor, with elevator. One side of the apartment has large glass windows and doors to let in light.The area is very quiet. We woul;d stay in Chartles' apartment again without hesitation.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

Wonderful apartment with great views and easy access. Excellent place to relax on the balcony overlooking the city after a day of doing anything and everything. Very close to the Metro which was very easy to navigate, making travel a breeze. Uber was very convenient, too. Charles was a great host and communicator and helped make this stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful view in a beautifully-furnitured flat

We had a wonderful time thanks to Charles the owner. Really easy access to the apartment also thanks to Charles videos The underground is station very close (Saint-Jacques). The situation makes the location very calm and quiet. It's a moment of pleasure listening to music while watching Paris : Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse tower, Sacré-Coeur... Regretfully the flat on the 9th storey, just below the apartment went on fire a few times before our stay : as a probable consequence, the large windows were difficult to move and a roller blind was impossible to close.

Beautiful and stylish apartment with amazing views

The apartment is perfect for a stay in Paris. The location is excellent with markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Because the room is up high and facing the garden, it is very quiet at night so you can get a lot of sleep. The amazing electric shutter system also helps to sleep in after a long night out (the bedroom can get almost pitch black!) The view of the Eiffel Tower from the large patio is icing on the cake. Even if the weather is bad you can just hang out and enjoy the apartment and views.
