The staff was terrific. They helped us locate our missing credit card. The air conditioning was excellent, which was absolutely necessary as the temperature soared into the 90's. We would definitely book again.

Great hotel, loved the area, the staff were fantastic!

Hotel was in very accessible area to Metro and such. In need of some upgrades to the rooms. Rooms quite small

Checked in on the evening of Friday May 12th and my husband noticed our AC in Rm 508 didn't work. When we went down to tell desk clerk, he replied that they only run AC from June - August (this is not stated in the hotel description on their website). Due to the extreme heat in Paris on Mon & Tues we had to keep our balcony windows wide open as the temps in our room (5th Floor) had to be in the mid 90's both those days. It was only Wednesday morning when my husband mentioned how hot our room was that the girl at from desk told us they decided to turn the AC on ahead of schedule (that Monday) because of the higher than normal temps. After hearing this my husband became very upset that we were not notified of this change & we had just spent the passed 2 days in an extremely warm room. I told him that I would get in touch with the management once we got home as there were other guests in the lobby & I didn't want him to make a scene. Once back home, I emailed the management to explain what had happened & not only did they not except responsibility but I never even received an apology. It was the hotels responsibility to inform all guests that the AC had being turned on ahead of schedule but they neglected to let us know.

All you need for a short stay. It's a perfect location, just one train from CDG airport! Near pubs and restaurants also local grocery stores. For me good combination between good price and convenience.

Great staff, very friendly. The room is very small, but that's expected with Paris. Very close to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter, and if you're lucky like us, a beautiful view out the window of the Saint-Nicholas du Chardonnet church. The rooms are really hot so we had to sleep with the windows wide open, which was a little difficult as the cars, honking, sirens and people out all night yelling made it a little difficult to sleep. We felt very safe in this area, and enjoyed the market across the street, the pastry and burger shop around the corner. We never bought breakfast at the hotel, but just got pastries for breakfast every morning which was cheaper. My only issue with the hotel was the front desk requires you to leave the front key with them when you leave, but they require no identification upon returning and asking for the key, which made us a little uncomfortable. Also, we left the "Do Not Disturb" sign up every day when we left because we didn't want our room cleaned, but everyday upon returning it had been cleaned and we were wary about having someone in our room cleaning and stealing. It became less of an issue when we met the woman who cleaned our room everyday, a very sweet woman and we really liked her, so we gave up putting up the sign, and allowed her to clean, and left her a tip upon leaving because she was a really lovely woman. Overall, great place, we would stay there again, except next time we want to stay in a different part of Paris.

Beautiful location. 2 blocks from metro. 5' walk to Latin quarters. The room small but we only used it for sleeping. I Recommend it.

The staff was very nice and attentive. They all spoke English, some better than others but we got by. One of the gals at the front desk recommended a great little restaurant close to the hotel for traditional French cuisine and it was great. I was traveling alone and had a small, older room but it was clean and cozy and had a newer bathroom which was very nice. It just had one of those sucky European wall hair dryers that works no better than a strong breeze. I had brought my Italian electrical adapter and ask them if they happen to have a US to French one and the guy that was working pulled out a whole box of adapters that folks had left behind and I was able to find one that worked for me. The location is great and there is a really good burger place (Hamler's) right around the corner for those evenings when I came back exhausted from a day of exploring and forgetting to stop to eat. I booked on Orbitz as a flight/hotel deal and basically got the whole package for the cost of a flight!

I must say I was really lucky to find this hotel. After weeks of researching and reading reviews, I decided to try my luck. I had no idea which area to stay in Paris. The location ended up being perfect! It was only about a 5 minute walk to the Notre Dame and the Metro (subway station). We took the subway everywhere, from Champs Elysee, to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Dorsay Museum, the Lafayette Gallery (where all the high end shopping is i.e. Dior, Chanel, Prada, LV, etc)...And since it was in the Latin quarter, there were so many bars, places to eat, and buy souvenirs within a 5-10 minute walk. If I ever have a chance to go back to Paris, I will definitely stay here again!

Very welcoming staff and perfect location. Tiny rooms, but that is expected in Paris. We could walk everywhere from here. During check-in we were given a map with many highlights circled. We used that during our whole visit to make sure we saw all of the highlights. Loved Paris!!

Great location just off Boulevard Saint Germain, near major metro stops and five minutes from Notre Dame. Friendly staff, comfortable room and great value considering the location. Hard to do better at the price/3 star level. Free wifi also a nice bonus.

Location perfect for touring. Nice neighborhood. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nicely decorated. Avoid rooms on shaftway if possible........no view. We liked in room coffee and tea maker.

Absolute perfect location, clean room, friendly staff, one of my best stays in Paris.

Booked last minute from jan 1-4 and got pretty good rates. Ended up booking for an additional 2 nights after that. Hotel is in a great location, and would recommend it for first time to the city. Hotel is very clean, has an elevator, shower & tub, free wifi, computer for guest usage. Staff was very helpful with questions/suggestions about Paris. Stayed in a double room, which was small, but perfect for the two of us. Bathroom was large and comfortable. Room 306.

Everyone on the staff is so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is ok for 2 people although little storage room is available. The location is superb!

I was happy with almost everything in this hotel (perfect location, nice room, unusually large bathroom for Paris, quiet street). The only flaw was that the elevator was extremely (I really mean it) noisy.

This was my first time to Paris and not sure what to expect especially with a hotel. To my surprise this hotel was located in the middle of everything and extremely close to a metro stop! I can't complain about the experience I had and the staff were a great help!

I have paid over $350 per night for my 4 night stay. The location was great! However, the room, particularly the bathroom constantly smelled urine. Awful feeling. Also note the elevator: designed only to carry at most two thin or one fat person - no exaggeration. If two people are getting on the elevator there is no room even for your carry on luggage (yes carry on).

The staff is great and the location was awesome. Rooms are decent size.

We had two rooms, the room for two was very comfortable but the single was very cramped. Elevator was very small, it could only accommodate one passenger and his suitcase. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
