I stayed for one night while attending an event at Porte de Maillot. The location of the hotel was excellent - one stop on the Metro. I was warmly welcomed, the room was perfect for my needs, clean and well equipped. When I came back in the evening, I was welcomed again and I enjoyed the honesty bar facility. Breakfast the next day was fine for my needs. I have no complaints.

A great little hotel. Comfortable, clean and in good condition with a good selection of continental breakfast. It’s on a narrow street so can get a little noisy on the lower floors but I had no issues at the front on the 3rd floor A small bar and plenty of shops locally. Staff very friendly and helpful, the best service that I can remember in a hotel of any size. Try the L’Ecluse wine bar around the corner if you get the Vallance and love wine, it’s a gem. Will happily use again

First I'm an American who is used to decently large spaces and elevators, so the very tiny spaces at this hotel were something I'm not used to. The location is great, staff couldn't be nicer and lobby / eating area just fine. The elevator is teensy (just fit me and my small rollaboard). It can also take a long time to arrive or cause issues if anybody else is in it (I got tied up with a maid as she used it also for about 10 mins). Each floor has just 3 rooms and the doorways and rooms are extremely small. Courtyard view of other hotels or apartments. TV has no English speaking channels except CNN and BBC int'l. Bathroom was totally acceptable, except no outlet in there to plug in my own dryer or curling iron. Besides the tiny space my other main issue was the bed. The sheets were somewhat scratchy, not soft. And there's not a comforter of the type I'm used to in order to snuggle into bed (this is an issue across Europe though). It's relatively thin and I just wasn't cozy. So definitely some pros and cons, it's certainly a good value at a great location - just know the drawbacks up front.

Hotel rooms are very comfortable and (a must for me) there is lots of hot water for the bath/shower. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The location could not be better. Acacias Etoile is just a ten minute walk from L'Arc De Triomphe and Champs Eylsees. There is also a fully comprehensive grocery store located across the street to allow you to stock up on snacks or drinks if you are prone to the midnight munchies. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity so if you're tired after a day of sightseeing you don't have to walk far for dinner. This will be my first choice of hotel the next time I visit Paris.

The concierge are flawless, they go above and beyond to make sure that you are content. As an affordable boutique hotel, the breakfast is limited but still good, and the rooms are very pleasant indeed. I would stay here again.

Typical French atmospehre and genius loci :-) Very friendly staff. It is an interesting house. I also liked the small breakfast room with proper chairs. The breakfast was not very rich - not much choice, but this is just a small stain on a perfect canvas.

The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks away from L'Arc de Triomphe. Very pretty and small. Clean and friendly right at check-in! I had left a few belongings in my room upon departure and they were quick to get a hold of me. Quickly they facilitated its return via mail. I travel for business often and more often than not I will leave something behind. Never have I been notified and offered to be assisted. They certainly have gone over and beyond! I give the hotel a near perfect rating as it was a lot more than I had expected. I was booked here by my colleague who warned me that Paris hotels in this price range often are small and crammed but this place was perfect.

Clean hotel , very powerful wi-fi , lovely staff in perfect location surrounded with multiple mini markets and great boulangerie .. what can we want more !! I will come again and again me and my kids next time 🙂

Very nice clean hotel and friendly informative staff. One of the girls at the front desk named Denise was a source of information. The hotel is approximately 2 blocks from champs de élysées where you will find the arch du Triump. Easy access to the underground.

Great location and amazing customer service. The stuff is very friendly. Especially, Denise provided an exceptional customer service. The breakfast was really good and everything was very clean. The room size was smaller than expected.
