The hotel is quite nice, small and very close to the arc and Eiffel Tower by walk. Rooms have carpet which i personally do not like to much but was ok for one night. The breakfast buffet is small but fully ok, more nice is the friendly atmosphere there and for the complete hotel. I would recommend it.
Acacias Etoile Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The local neighbourhood feels safe and is full of nice shops, bars and restaurants. Local eateries in the Ternes area that I liked include Le Franc Tireur (mid-priced) and Rech (a bit more pricey). The hotel itself is compact, so do not expect a spacious room, but that is very common with this type of accommodation in Paris. It offers good value for money, it's very clean, the staff are friendly and it's located on a quiet road.
We had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly, the property and room were clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms , shower and elevator are VERY small, (even for Europe standards) but honestly were only there to sleep. If your looking for a large hotel with tons of amenities this isn’t the place for you . If your looking for local small personalized boutique hotel, where the staff are friendly and your close to arc de Triomphe, the hop on off bus , the le bus for direct to airport and all for a good price this is the place. We did not have breakfast but it looked amazing. The pastries shop at the top of the street and all the wonderful smells were a bonus. They also held our bags for us for the day until our flight.
I love the area of this hotel - the rooms are small, but nice and comfortable and extremely reasonable for the location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and I felt very safe staying there and being in the neighborhood.
One of the things about Paris is that hotel rooms tend to be very small. this hotel is not an exception, however the rooms are clean and roomy enough to get around , place your bags, and relax without feeling like you're squeezed into a closet . Some of the reviews and this hotel are uncalled for, the service is very good the location is only a few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, an area with plenty of local restaurants with good prices and pretty much any cuisine that you want to find without having to pay the ridiculous tourist prices.
Nice stay few days with family. Clement at check in very helpful. Rooms small though but was mentioned in reviews I had seen Make sure you let reception know each day what breakfast you have as with cold meat 13 euros, without cold meat 10 euros... No English TV despite book in room listing BBC Lady in breakfast room very pleasant and helpful breakfast coffee lovely. Would recommend. hotel
I had a great time at this hotel. Very nice restaurants and bars near by. Aupermarket just opposite the hotel door. Metro is 3 minutes far by walking and Porte Mallot about fifteen. Clean, cosy and quiet place. Verry polite staff. Come back for shure!
The service was amazing and everyone I met who worked here was so kind. I'm thankful that the location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, Champs-Élysées, and the Arc de Triomphe. The room was cozy and had everything that I would need from a hairdryer to a refrigerator.
This hotel mirrors the charme and character of Paris. The rooms make you feel at home in Paris. It is not as anonymious as in bigger hotel chains where you often do not know in which city you are. The staff of this hotel is extraordinary. On the day of our return back home Air France was on strike. It was absolutely no problem to extend our stay for another day. With understanding and professionalism everything was rearraged. The service spirits deserves special notification: To catch my flight I had to leave the hotel at 5 am. The manager on duty seved me a cup of coffee which certainly is not standard even with bigger hotels.
Myself and my wife stayed there for 2 nights and we had a very comfortable abd pleasant stay. Reception staff mainly( Mr Ulka, i hope i got his name right )was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Very good customer service. Lift is tiny accomodating 1 person and a big bag, but if you have small cabin bags then its ok for 2 people. Rooms were small as you would expect in most paris hotels but overall we had a good comfortable sleep. Breakfast was limited with pastries, cereals, cheese, cold cuts, coffee and juices. Nearby there are two metro stations Argentine the closest and Charles de gaulle Etoille in a 5 min walking distance. Lots of cafes and mini marts closeby. Thank you Acacias for our pleasant stay at your hotel.
