Everything was top notch except the second bed. The sofa couch bed was uncomfortable as it was uneven and you could feel the metal spring. Would be perfect if they change the second bed in the suite with a more comfortable bed.

Plumbing was leaking. Complained 1 st day , not taken care. There is no one to take responsibility. One incharge promised to refund one of the three nights due to the inconvenience caused by the broken toilet. On last day they charged me full price. When asked about refund they continently pleaded ignorance. Problem not solved Promise was broken

A/C problem - avoid traveling during summer

The property is new and location isn't bad. My main issue is our A/C broke during our 2nd of 5 nights, we complained for the rest of the trip and staff/manager were not helpful. Sleeping in 35C was impossible... we opened the windows and kids were massively bitten by bugs. Again, staff did not appear to care.

Staff was rude. Arrived at 11:30 pm. Another guest was checking in and only 1 person working so we had to wait 5 minutes or so. Understandable considering the time of night, so we made a coffee at the coffee bar. Then 3 staff members came out of nowhere reprimanding us for it saying it was closed and we weren’t allowed. Where were these staff members 5 minutes ago when we needed to be checked in after a long day of traveling? They couldn’t check us in but could make us feel unwelcome upon arrival.

Fantastic place and good value. Very clean and modern. Plenty sockets and very comfy. Staff great and efficient and a credit to the place. Only slight drawback is location. Area still under some construction but this should be short lived. Room facing the main road was quite noisy traffic wise, so if you can get a room on the other side, probably better. TIP - use the Metro. Maison Blanche stop is 5 mins away and you can get to most places for 2.5 Euro

We came down to cafeteria and order two coffe in early morning. We expect to have expresso. The price we paid is more expensive than expresso coffee in coffee shop. Yet we got coffee for vender machine even they have expresso machine on there. The old lady there seems very unfriendly services. We feel like we bother her....Guess may be she does not like Asian and thinking we are Chinese even we are not....This hotel business never getting better busines with that lady

This is a new Apart-hotel located in an area still under construction. Seemed fine during the day but would not walk at night as it's not that well lit and a few minutes off the main street. It has good building blocks, but very mediocre execution. The staff seem clueless and disengaged. The room had very uncomfortable beds and was missing basic supplies expected in a "fully equipped" Apart-hotel.. including cutlery, coffee pods, dish cloth and soap to wash the dishes. We were only provided 2 coffee pods for 2 people / 3 nights and told no more could be provided when asked. Hotels.com said coffee/tea available in common places but when I took some coffee from the lobby (machine)the first morning I was charged Regarding dish soap, there was a sign saying to ask the front desk for supplies to clean the dishes. If dishes were left it is 15 euro cleaning fee! The first two times we asked thee were no cleaning kits available at the front desk. One staff member offered us to bring our dishes to the front desk for them to clean in the kitchen area, but no bin was available to transport the wet and dirty dishes. Volume control on TV did not work and staff denied there was any issue when it was brought up. Good points were the proximity to metro, bathroom with large shower for European standards, USB charging outlets near the bed and general cleanliness seemed okay. Fair for the low price we paid but not just mediocre experience overall.

When we arrived on Friday evening on one of the hottest days of this year (May 30, 2025) we were informed that the aircondition in the room was not working and it would be fixed the next day... and it was not possible to open the window/door far enough to air out the room at night, so the temp in the room at night was about 85 degrees... and the air was not repaired on Saturday or Sunday, so the entire stay it did not work and we were sweating....
