Situated on the 4th floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. This home also has a portable Air Conditioning unit for the warmer months.

LIVING ROOM
An open-plan living space, the room includes a sofa, armchair, large bookcase, coffee tables and a dining table with chairs. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep 1 adult or 2 children comfortably. Artwork and ornaments decorate the space. A Juliet balcony offers views to the surrounding Parisian architecture.

Couldn't be better!

We couldn't have found a better place for our first visit to Paris. My son, husband and I loved this location right in the heart of Paris and an easy walk to EVERYTHING. The apartment was clean and full of lovely amenities. As an interior designer I appreciated the comfortable and casual style, great piece of art and antiques and all the lovely art books! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much to our guests! We can't wait to come back!

This was a perfect spot for me. A small space, but very well planned and full of great vibes. Love the location… some remarkable restaurants are right there. This was a quiet but sunny enclave that I hope to visit again!

Great apartment, neat, clean organized. Like a boat small but very efficient. Great neighborhood the local manager was very responsive . The space is small but we loved it. The only issue was the painting of the hall, got some paint on my clothes, Note the place is VERY well fixed up. the world's smallest elevator but it works, all good
