Staff was excellent and helpful, thought there could have been more activities at the hotel. Dining around the property, service was terrible and we actually walked out of a restaurant after a 1.5 hour wait for service.

A very nice hotel on the banks of the Pacific entrance to the canal...amenities as advertised, especially liked the little sandwich/snack shop open 24/7 for its convenience...only regret is that the rest of Amador isn’t maintained as well as this property...well worth the stay.

Room had excellent view of the Panama Canal, as promised. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm. On-site TGIFridays was an easy stop for food after all-day events.
Having grown up there as a TWEEN/TEEN & my 1st time back after 47 years, I WAS TRULY EXCITED TO BE BACK! The ONLY real complaint I have is ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER during our check-in. At 1st, I thought him rude, but chalked it up to his 'nature'. His character was fine. OVERALL, WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY, EXCELLENT! Hats off to the doorman & deli staff! Anthony Brown
Staff was super kind and helpful. Beautiful view, lovely pool. This hotel was our first and last stop in Panama. We were so glad to get back to it, it was our favorite hotel of the trip.
The hotel location is fantastic!! It has a view to the Panamerica Bridge and it is at the beginning of the Conway which has great water views, bike riding, rollerblading, trips to the islands via boat, museums, and restaurants.
