We expected so much more from the Radisson Hotel. Took 4 days to get air conditioner unit fixed in bedroom (only because I flagged down maintenance man) and when it was changed out water ran all over the floor and we had to use towels to mop up, bathroom floor flooded because of no caulking around shower, and after asking for room service (which we had not received in 5 days) to replace all the wet towels from the flooding, the front desk staff said for me to take care of that myself - as in stand on the outside walkway all day and wait until housekeeping arrived on our floor, exactly what I did not want to do on my vacation and then wanted to argue with me when I told her we were not going to do that. Two jewels they need to keep - Assistant Manager Ms. Lewis and maintenance man were very helpful. Ms. Lewis was very apologetic and concerned and the maintenance man I flagged down immediately took care of the issues we were having.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The views were breathtaking. Will definitely be staying here again when we travel back!!!!

Website says they have continental breakfast and they did not have that just coffee and water. Additional fees was $20 per day for amenities such as WiFi, beach access, and using pool. There is a sign at the front desk that states “complimentary WiFi”. Also we had to keep begging for towels.

The location was great, the staff who checked us in was very friendly. It's definitely an older place as there were some areas in the walls that weren't the prettiest but it was clean. We had a suite and the couch was very comfortable. The biggest complaint I have is the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. It was hard as a rock and the pillows were very flat. I think being comfortable while sleeping when you are on vacation is one of the biggest things you want so that was a bit of a let down and back ache. Other than that this place was close to everything we wanted to do and easy to navigate. Parking was bit of an issue as there just isn't much of it but overall not a terrible place to stay.

Hotel really need a reconstruction and new everything. The photos from website are the photos from many years ago and don’t apply to this time period. The rooms were not clean and had bugs. Honestly I’m very disappointed, its beautiful beach view and I spent a lot of time there but the rooms and hotel are terrible.

Ehh it’s a place to sleep

Housekeeping says daily, we didn’t have housekeeping until our 5th night of our stay. The hotel was clean in the lobby and pool areas. Bed was in rough shape, felt like it was so broke in the my feet were in the air compared to how low my head was. Also give you everything to cook and such but no dish soap… so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to was the dishes… managers are joke here too btw…

We have stayed at this hotel for years, because this location is important to my family. But we have had a LOT of problems with them charging our card incorrectly. The last visit we made from Sept 1- Sept 7 2025. After I selected pay at property, they charged me card for the first night of each room, without consent. Then I paid in cash for two of three rooms, only to turn around and they charged my card for the entire stay of two rooms! I asked for a receipt for the cash payment and she refused to give me one. After several calls back and forth with the hotel, still no resolution and managers never call back. So if you choose to stay here, WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT. And don’t use cash!!

I liked the access to the beach; a few plants need to be trimmed. I did not like the fact, no pans were in the kitchen, very few plates, and utensils, no broom to sweep up some of the dirt/sand brought in, even though we washed our feet on entering. Also, internet in the room went out and issue was not addressed, other than taking note of the problem. Also, our neighbors smoked marijuana which came back through our AC as they sat outside. Parking is very limited in space, and we actually parked in the parking lot shared by 2 other companies. Finally, your ad stated beach chairs available to guest, well they were available but at a cost ($50 per day) very misleading. Towels, we had a total of 4 bath towels with two wash clothes, we could switch out after 3 days, we were leaving withing 4. On the day before we left, someone did ask if we needed more towels, and we were given one bath towel and one more wash cloth when we asked for two, but he did not take any away. I made some pictures of where the bathroom wall needs to be repaired and the door to our room stuck and we would have to really shove the door closed. It did lock after we had finally closed it. The best thing about it was the convience of the beach. The young lady that greeted us was friendly and helpful. We were charged $20 a day for amenities but not sure what they were, and we did not receive a copy of our bill. The manager took our room key and thanked us for staying. I did tell him about the internet again

Was a beautiful view which was the main attraction. Was easy to park. The pool was small but not a big deal since we didn’t use it anyway but if you are looking for a pool it’s not as nice as the pictures show. I do wish there was a broom or a vacuum to help keep the sand down some.

Going down hill.

Stayed here the last 4 years. Started out really good but it’s Been getting worse. This last stay the air conditioning would not keep the room below 74. They did repair it pretty quick. Was better but I like it cold. 70 was a cold as it would get. Killed a roach 😳😳 . The front door had to be slammed to close so two times that we came back to our room after being out all day the door was not closed all the way from the room services.
