Good location but the hotel is NOT a resort and is very outdated. There is rust on every wall and air conditioning unit. We couldn’t get comfortable because of the evident lack of quality. Not one part of the hotel felt thoroughly clean. Also, there are no hotel beach chairs and umbrellas for guest. You will have to pay for those through an independent non-related company. To top it off, my husband’s sunglasses were stolen from our car by the valet. We will not return to this hotel, it should be rated as a 1 Star Motel. Do not stay here unless you have low expectations.

We didn’t have hot water for 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. We notified the front desk each day. This was never resolved and there was no offer to move us to a different room or give us a partial refund. We’ll never stay here again.

The property was not clean and extremely outdated. The cleanliness comes from the room is only being cleaned every three days. And on the third day of my stay, there was no cleaning done. They didn’t even change the sheets. The reason that I know is that there was a small mark in the left-hand corner of my sheet And the bed had been littered with sand from the beach. Please note that I was on the 12th floor, not on the ground floor, where sand can truly litter the floors and the sheets. The floors throughout the room or severely worn deep scratches and cracks throughout. The bathroom was in need of clean caulking, cleaning! In between the sliders of the glass doors which was caked with mold. And if you need toilet paper, which was not provided in the bathroom other than what was a small amount on the existing role you have to go to the front desk and pick up a roll of toilet paper. They do not deliver or bring anything to your room. I was told ““ that that was their policy. All of the balcony railings are in need of fresh paint and scrubbing. The walls and the doors are dirty and are in desperate need of fresh paint. Great location, but not, not worth the money and don’t forget the pool in the hot tub which are completely unsupervised and during the day there were small children under the age of 15 in the hot tub. This being unsupervised, first thing in the morning when you walk through the area was littered with baby diaper children’s clothes, socks, shirts btthe pool/t

Although most of the room appeared clean, the floor was very dirty. The bathroom fixtures were loose and the phone didn't work when we tried to call for towels that were missing. We understand that this property is on the beach, which is what we paid for, but the doors and windows were significantly deteriorated by the salt/sea air, to the extent I wasn't sure the door actually was locksafe. If the room had been a bargain, I maybe would have understood some of the lack of upkeep, however, it was not cheap and there were added "resort" fees plus the need to pay for valet parking. By contrast, we stayed at what I thought would be a similar property on the gulf coast a few hours away, and it was reasonable, clean, very well kept, and had better amenities for the same price. I would not return here again.

We arrived at 2 pm. I thought id give it a try to see if our room was ready. It wasnt they said. No worries. They said come back at 4 and your room will be ready for sure. so, we went to store and etc. Came back at 4pm. Wewalked in and lobby was full i said well it might be a min before we can check in, Nah everyone in there was told no room ready !! I said wow, So we waited and room not ready at 4:30 room not ready 5:00 room not ready, 5:30 room not ready. Finally at 5:45 we got a room. I ask can we have a later check out being room wasnt ready on time. No check out is 11am cant do nothing. We done missed our dinner reservations. This is uncalled for. Sry we cant do anything. Got to room ugh. Room was partially cleaned. Floors had dirty socks on them, Shower had hair all in it. So we move on to day 2. And bam wouldnt you believe Im sry we have no clean wash towels. We ask what are we suppose to do ? Idk you will have t wait till a truck gets here with some clean ones. We truck never arrived in our 3 day stay. Went and bought a few and went on. We and our friends have stay at this resort severval times threw out the years. Idk if new ownership or what but will never stay again. I mean never. Totally would be place for a resort lol. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location of this hotel is very good, right on the beach but the hotel itself needs some remodeling and a deep cleaning. Our air conditioner cover kept falling off onto the walkway making a very loud noise. I could not get it to stay on. The bathroom shower needed a deep cleaning and the baseboards of the bathroom. There does not need to be throw pillows in a hotel room that are not washed after every visit. The pillows on the couch were filthy. We loved the location of the hotel, the staff was nice but the hotel itself, not so great when you reach the rooms. Needs updating and cleaning

Started rough, but got much better!

Our trip started off very rough. We were going to be late arriving, so we called ahead to let the front desk know. They went ahead and checked us in over the phone. When we arrived, they had given our room away and had no rooms available. This was at 4:00am. A couple ended up checking out shortly after we arrived, and the front desk clerk told us we could sleep in their room, even though it had not been cleaned. I was absolutely not going to sleep in a dirty room with my young children. They offered no resolution to their error. Eventually, the front desk clerk offered to change the sheets in the dirty room, so we would at least have somewhere clean to sleep. They indicated they would do a full clean first thing in the morning. While the beds were clean, the rest of the room was disgusting. They ended up changing us to a new room the next day at our request. The rest of the stay was lovely and the staff was better. The beach was beautiful and our family had a good time. Since we booked through a 3rd party, they could not compensate for our room. They did eventually reimburse the "resort fees," in an attempt to make up for their terrible error.

We stayed from Monday through Saturday, and housekeeping never came to our room! We had to go to the lobby to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc. Even when we called to ask, no one ever came. This was very disappointing! It was spring break week, so the hotel was very busy. But it is not ok to not service the room at all during our stay.

Place was unwilling to give me more than 1 town knowing I was a family of 5. Waited 2 hrs past my check in for room to be cleaned and still wasn’t clean when got to room. They never cleaned my room for the whole 5 days I was there I had to go to store get towels and cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Parking sucked unless you wanted to pay more money for valet.
