The view to the sea is spectacular. Unfotuately your neighbor's balcony will be in full view as well as their conversations. The parking lot under the building for small vehicles and an impasible for large vehicles. No restaurant in the building but right nexrdoor is a casual seafood place. Everything is close by.

No closet and absolutely no hooks to hand any clothes. Gaps under doors (killed one roach) bed has springs (old bed with a topper on top). Jacuzzi has nice tile around but the jacuzzi was patched and old, didn’t even try it. A/C heater is so load you could hardly sleep when it kicked on. Laminate flooring is warped and easy to trip as it coming up. Had to call for the toilet to be fixed twice. Our room 1006 next to the elevator was very outdated. The only great thing was the view right on the beach was beautiful. Balcony was not clean…pigeon droppings. Location was good. 19.00 a day amenities fee which I’m not sure what the amenities were!

Room cleanliness was was ok. Bed very comfortable, friendly staff. Toni made sure I had everything I needed. She was very polite on the phone when I would call her. Cass was too. Hot tub is very nice. I was able to park in parking garage right by the elevator. Toni and Cass offered me coffee and the water with lemon 🍋 was very refreshing.

Great balcony view. Hot tub was wonderful!! Cass worked the front desk the last 2 days and she was great in every aspect! I decided to stay another dayso Toni helped me this morning as she worked at the front desk today. She's awesome as well!! I called her at the front desk at 8 am and told her I was wanting to stay another night. She went above and beyond to help me.I will give her kudos on the review when I check out 2. Cass went above and beyond as well. She was very concerning and helpful when I had to keep calling her to correct issues after check in. A lamp needed a new bulb and I couldn't get either TV to work. She sent a very friendly young man up to fix the problem and he did.

The clerk charged the wrong card and did not tell me that my debit card would be charged, causing my account to be overdrawn. I told her to put everything on the card provided at check in, which she said would not be a problem. We also had a door that was previously damaged on the exterior, causing a very loud sound in the bedroom, rendering it unusable for sleeping. We had to sleep on the pull out couch every night.

My Wife and I almost always try to get a room at this Place Have been coming for alot of years When we first started going to bike week the owners would always close most of basement to the Bikers but since new Owners this has not happened some time have trouble getting down there have to wait reason to keep due off bikes in the mornings this would be a great idea again

As always, the room was spacious and as advertised. The room was slightly too warm, but maintenance came a helped adjust the AC unit and it made a difference. The hotel does advertise room service that was not available. The staff was super friendly and all amenities were working. We have stayed here multiple times with and without the kids and will be back.
