It was very fresh and clean in all areas. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend choosing this Holiday Inn for your next stay.

This was the second time we stayed at this particular property in the last few months. The first time we were there it was great, this time not good at all. When we noticed that we had no hot water in the room I spoke to the front desk, face to face and was told Yeah, our water is weird. You should just try moving the handle until you get it to work If you know there is an issue, WHY NOT FIX IT. Staff this go around was horrible. Our stay on the 2nd floor was great, 3rd floor not so much. Sad that the rate you can get comes as such a gamble. At the very least, at check in, alert the guest that the water handles aren't very trued up so I know, instead of taking a cold shower as I am rushing to get where I need to go
I requested a different room, the room smelled bad and was not to clean. The second room was infested with roaches and the linen did not smell fresh. After, a long hard day at work I was too tired to book another hotel it was going on 11 pm. I checked out very early the next morning. The clerk did not seem to concern when I told her about the room. She is the same person that assigned the rooms when I checked in.
I'm from this area so finding some where to stay close to where I live is nice. Was a little hard to get in, but other than that it was a nice place
My husband and I are from there and we love to stay on that side of town. We got there and the air had not been turned on so it was very stuffy and hot. It took a while for it to cool down. Other than that we had no problems and would probably stay again
I've stayed at this hotel twice before and had better experiences both previous times. I will likely not stay here again in that there was no hot water on the 3rd floor where my room was. I would not recommend this hotel for that fact alone.
I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. The room was clean and the breakfast room was well stocked - even had a pancake maker! The hotel is kind of hidden behind the Waffle House and CVS, but the location had access to the main highways. I would stay there again.
The experience was great! There was an outside pool and hot tub which were great for my family! The breakfast was fantastic with many options! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is not a ton to do in this town, but Panama City Beach is just a 40 minute drive west.
