Perfect!!

This was our first time staying on the strip in a high rise where all the people are. The location was great! Just on the tip of traffic and easy to get in and out. Parking was so simple! Having the beach chairs and not having to haul that out every beach day was amazing! The beds were comfy and the condo was everything we needed. The balcony chairs were bliss!! Our favorite spot. Thank you!!

Nice but needs updating

We love staying at the Sunrise Beach Resort. Living room furniture needs updating really bad. The sofa is so uncomfortable and the chair is wore out. We love the patio furniture but they could use cushions. We have stayed in this condo a couple times and we to like it but the furniture and decor needs a complete overhaul.

My Husband and I have 4 daughters. Ranging in age from 16-7. This condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room to move around. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was a clean smell that went right along with the perfectly cleaned condo. Thank you for helping make our vacation perfect.

1. You are right on the beach for easy access from the water to your condo 2. Management is awesome to deal with! We accidentally left an item behind they called/ offered to ship/ made sure we were able to get it back! 3. 2nd Time Staying!!

We booked here in 2022 and this year (2024). Loved it. Clean. Easy check in. The chairs on the balcony are so great - like perfect to chill and just listen to the ocean at night. WONDERFUL bed and pillows.

Great location and facility

We stayed here for spring break with two teenagers and a younger child. The location is wonderful. Lots of places to eat that you can walk to. We walked to pier park multiple times. Loved the heated pool and the two included beach chairs by the ocean. Never had to wait for elevators. Parking was super easy. The host was extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Condo 1807 is clean, well equipped (I didn't need to bring everything that I brought) and very comfortable. I covet the fridge, the stove and oven work well and are clean, the microwave and coffee maker are clean and i too condition. The balcony has the best view of the beach and the ocean. Joshua was easy to contact. The instructions for check out are clear. The complex is on the quieter part of town, which is nice. Lots of restaurants and beach shops within walking distance. Walmart is handy about 5 minutes away. We loved our stay here.
