Perfect vacation getaway

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had two families and the house was perfect. Very spacious and the location can't get any better. It was close enough to local shops and restaurants but nice and quiet at night. It had all the amenities we needed to just relax for the week without worrying about anything. We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous farewell to summer

We loved the home and the location! It is wonderful to have the elevator — and other fabulous perks like the ice maker and the bikes. It was comfy for our group of 8, with lots of room to spread out. This week the beach was INCREDIBLE with NO crowds at all. Thanks so much for everything.

Good spot

We stayed here with six adults and four kids. In law suite and elevator were perfect for our group. Beach is a short walk and the beach gear and bikes were great. Very nice views of the water. I don’t think the description mentions that it’s a duplex but other side was vacant during our stay.

Bachelorette Getaway

This property is amazing. Each bedroom is very large and the beds and linens were equivalent to luxury hotels. The balconies made it even better. The location and views of ocean were spectacular. The swimming pool and hot tub were great after a day at the beach, bike ride or shopping at the nearby squares. We would absolutely book this property again! Checking in and checking out was super easy through text messages. management was super accommodating and available through texts to answer any questions at all.

weekend family get together

This home has it all. It's close to the ocean with beautiful ocean views. It is well stocked and was perfect for a quick family get together. The third floor allows nightly meals and game play. Kids loved the pool( albeit small) and hot tub. Bikes, beach chairs, toys, you name it, it is there. The property managers are responsive and helpful.. The neighborhood is quiet but right off 98 and 30A so close to shopping, entertainment and great restaurants. Highky recommend.

The kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of kitchen gear to make cooking easy. The grill was great too. We enjoyed using the ping pong table, foosball table, and bikes. The location was quiet and close to town. The view was amazing!

Location is very ideal; only a block from the beach access point and a short car ride to the Rosemary Beach town. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

We have stayed at Inlet Beach many times and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The house itself is stunning. It has all the amenities you could want and the location is amazing. It is truly just a few steps to the beach! The suite downstairs was so great for the teens to hang out and having two full kitchens (both with ice makers) was an added bonus. The pool was lovely and we used it several times. The house also has an outside shower as well as a water hose on the side of the house which makes rinsing off all the beach gear a breeze. The house had plenty of linens, kitchen items, and comfy pillows. We were able to park three cars in the drive without any problem. The elevator was so nice to have to get all of our luggage loaded and unloaded. 30A Luxury Vacations was great to work with and answered any questions we had immediately. Top notch company that goes out of their way to help their guests.. Wendy was wonderful and very helpful! We can’t wait for our next visit to Good Day Getaway!

A family get- away.

The view was wonderful and enjoyed with a cup of coffee in the morning and in the evening a cocktail. Lots of utensils in the kitchen when we wanted to cook and one nite used the grill.There was a leak near the outdoor shower which extended all the way to the pool. We never used the pool because of the dirty mess. Called on Sunday but nothing was done.

Good Day Getaway Spring Break 2025

Great place for one or more families. We had 7 in our party and hosted 4 more and had plenty of room. Be prepared to walk several flights of stairs multiple times as main kitchen is on 3rd floor and house entrance is on 1st floor. There is an elevator but it is slow. Good price, quick access to beach and just a 10 minute bike ride to Rosemary. Would suggest downloading the access code prior to getting to the property as cell/internet service is not good until you get inside and log into the Wi-Fi. It would be helpful to have a binder located In the property on how to use the grill, hot tub, close the hurricane doors, use the cable box and other FAQs as I had to call/text for the answers. Property Could use additional items such as broom/dustpan, potholders and plastic cups. Additional upgrades could include better water pressure in showers, detachable shower heads and re-grouting the pool. Overall it is worth the price and Luxury 30A was helpful in addressing any concerns I had.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the house is spacious and had enough room for our extended family. We were not allowed to check in until 5pm, but had to wait another 30-45 minutes because the cleaning crew wasn't finished. There were a LOT of fruit flies in the house as well as large roaches. I realize the environment can't be controlled,but please spray for bugs. Also, our 91 year old Mother tried to sleep in the rope bed but the sun would wake her around 5 am. Please put a shade or something in there. Overall, the family had a great time at this property. It is great for large family gathering.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good Day Get Away was a great vacation home for 2 families (5 kids, 17 y/o and 21 y/o’s). Hidden in Inlet Beach... a very quiet, uncongested area just off HWY 98. Neighborhood connects to 30A. 4 minutes to Shades Restaurant via golf cart and about the same distance to heart of Rosemary. Beautiful views of the ocean. Easy walk to beach with easy, no steps beach access. We rented a golf cart for our stay. The home is 3 floors, but has elevator which was helpful with groceries. Beautifully decorated. Lower level was great for kids.. has a full kitchen with ice maker. Opens up to pool deck, with gas grill. Upper level living space very nice, large kitchen with another ice maker (my two favorite things this house had were the ice makers). Would definitely stay here again. Only draw back was check in time is 5p and we didn’t actually get in until 5:30ish. And check out is 9am. And the floors were not the cleanest when we checked in.

Great location, great beach, nice house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience overall was wonderful. Inlet Beach was beautiful and much less crowed than Rosemary beach. I am not sure if it’s the area or luck but we had no issues with bugs during our entire stay!!! Rosemary beach is a eight minute bike ride away and would highly recommend a few trips for shopping and eating. The neighborhood was safe with a grocery store and pharmacy a short drive from the houseThe house was perfect for our crowd with ages ranging from 4 to 61. Nice large bedrooms and plenty of balconies with views. The pool is small but nice and it was used by all. A few negatives and words of warning - the house has many stairs and the elevator was broken. We seem to run into this issues at every rental and are told they are waiting on a part to arrive. Be prepared to carry groceries to the third floor living area - you will get a daily workout, but there are beautiful views to behold while you catch your breath. Also, the 5 pm check in is definitely a negative. We had hoped for a text to tell us the house was ready earlier but never received any text and finally just went to the property at 5:20 to a very clean house and a maintenance person repairing a toilet roll holder. If that was the only issue it would have been nice to drop our bags and head to the beach a bit earlier. Fortunately, maintenance was extremely responsive to several minor issues upon our arrival and even helped carry our bags up the stairs. Overall we were very satisfied and would consider staying at Good Day again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good Day Getaway is the perfect 30a rental. Firstly, the customer service from 30a Luxury Vacations is excellent. They are so kind and considerate and on top of everything, responding within a few minutes to any query. They even text you to remind you that it is garbage pick up day. Beach access is so easy; you only have to walk about 300 meters to be right on the sand and you can have beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you by a variety of different vendors. We used Vacazyn who did a great job for us. There are also several chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards at the house, in addition to a wagon to pull them the short distance to the beach, if you prefer that method. The house has a small private pool that can be heated. The grill is in the pool area and it is a really nice place to enjoy the end of the day while making dinner. The back area is fully fenced which was extra amazing for us since we brought our dogs. That is another plus of this house--it is dog friendly :)The furniture, linens and towels are all of good quality and the kitchen has all the appliances and cooking utensils that you will need. The house has cable and all of the streaming apps; we had no trouble finding the football games that we wanted to watch and scary movies for the spooky season! We also loved being able to see the ocean from so many rooms and outdoor spaces.It takes about 7 minutes to bike to Rosemary or to the super cute restaurants in 30Avenue. We would strongly recommend happy hour at ctzn in Alys, trivia at Idle Hound Proper, in addition to Shades for sports and great food, and Amigos for great margaritas and fajitas. 4 bikes are provided and were all safe and in good shape.In summary, 10/10 recommend! You should definitely rent this house for your next trip.
