Reserved a room and there was no king beds left besides handicapped and hair dryer didnt work lock was broke on the door housekeeping made the bed with blood stains on tje bed sheets upon arriving drawers had stains in them coffee pot was nasty the cleanin people didnt even come clean the room at all while had to go find employee to be able to get towels and clean sheets and our parking spot was took by another vehicle the worker told us we was fine to park in handicapped due to the hotel giving put all the king beds when i had reserved the room in advance so we had to get a handicap room which i was not happy about then came back to room and our parking spot was taken and the employee said they couldnt make them move the car when they was parked in front of our room where our vehicle was suppose to parked .couldnt sleep due to kids blurrin music all night long and talking loud outside the room it was both nights there is a policy for quiet time and it is not enfored there ..people need to reapect people trying to sleep .
