The staff was great. We kept extending our stay and they were very accommodating! Always had a place to park, and the location was unbeatable. One block from the beach access which was super convenient! For the price I would definitely stay again!
Not housekeeper clean the room on the 5 day the matress is in bad condition
Room appeared to be mid-renovation and pree inspection. Mostly unfinished with extension cords spliced into the wall. I find it hard to believe they are allowed to even rent this room due to all the fire hazards and lack of any fire detection.
Older motel room was clean tile floors, pool was nice and it is close to the beach
The hotel was clean, easy to check into, reasonably priced (especially for PCB), and conveniently located a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach. On top of that, probably one of the best showers I've ever used. Overall, a great stay!!!
If you're looking for a fancy, upscale resort stay, this is obviously not it. However, it's insanely close to the beach and has everything needed for a thrifty stay. The pool was clean and maintained well. The property could use some renovations like fresh paint in the rooms, maintenance to the equipment and updated bedding but if you're the kind of person who goes to the beach to actually spend time at the beach, this is perfect for locking up your stuff and having a place to crash. There is a convenience store located directly in front, food within walking distance and free parking. You're minutes away from all that Panama City has to offer, including nightlife and shopping including multiple Walmart locations.

We are glad that you liked our location and found we had everything you needed in the room. We have actually just put all new (to us) furnishings in our rooms that we acquired from Marriott Waterside in Tampa. Hopefully you will visit again and see how much nicer the rooms look (way more upscale than they were) and that the bed will be more comfortable for you. Our bedding is actually only a few years old but, I agree, it's an older style and we do plan on updating that soon as well. As far as staff after 10 pm- we are available for emergencies. We appreciate your feedback!
