Great views

We stay every year in the same complex. This year we stayed in a three bedroom unit. We were disappointed in not having hand soap in the bathrooms,( who travels and brings their own hand soap) we were told the owners don’t supply and gave us a sample hand soap, one roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms ( they gave us another one when we asked) and no chairs ( we were told the owners didn’t supply this year) Usually we get beach chairs and hand soap in the units we rent. The beds were comfortable but the queen size bed Boxspring was extremely loud every time you moved, definitely needs to be replaced There was no laundry soap left ( we usually get a couple tablets in the other units). This was our first time renting where we didn’t deal directly with the owners and you could tell this was mainly just a condo for renting. We look for the comforts of home and we couldn't even sit together. This unit has so much potential. It has a huge wrap around patio but with only one small round table for 2 and 4 outside chairs. Since the unit sleeps 6, it should have a big enough table and enough chairs for six to sit at. The kitchen definitely needs to have more amenity’s if you plan on cooking in it.

We stay at TI every year. We always enjoy our stay. This year we did have issues with the bed frame/mattress sinking in the middle. Also while we were trying to "stand up" the legs under the mattress we found some sort of pipe. 1st time this has happened at TI in 20 years of visiting.

We have stayed at Treasure Island a few times and 1612 is definitely the best condo we have stayed in. Very clean, lots of room, kitchen had everything we needed and more! The view was gorgeous!

Plenty of Room

This is our third time staying at Treasure Island, the first time at this unit. The was plenty of space for our entire family. Keep in mind though you only get two parking spots regardless of how many empty spots are still available. Otherwise you have to pay an additional 100 per day. Keep that in mind if you have multiple families coming OR decide to rent a golf cart etc. The area is great and luckily we didn’t need any assistance.
