This expansive, family-friendly beach getaway has all. All brand new furnishings and professionally decorated!

The open living room furnished w/gas fireplace, a 42-inch HDTV, stereo, and adjoining gourmet kitchen makes for the social gathering spot. All top of the line appliances ready for the most elaborate seafood dinner! The island bar with three stools is great for entertaining in the open kitchen/dining area with a dining table that can also accommodate 8 seating. Full bath and bedroom with queen size bed also on the first floor.

Second Floor - Two complete master bedrooms feature private baths and balconies. Master baths include walk-in showers with dual heads and his and her vanities. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. Additional sitting room on the second floor for a quiet afternoon escape.

Third Floor - Huge third-floor loft with four bunks and two trundles. Full bathroom with tub plus a bonus TV room off of the loft which includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

DURING SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER THIS PROPERTY RENTS FOR 7 OR 14 NIGHTS FROM SATURDAY-SATURDAY.
