This room was perfect for our family of 4. It exceded all of my expectations. Starting with the great communication from the host post booking, when we arrived the guard wrote our dates on our parking pass and we went straight to the room. The room was very clean. The views from the balcony were amazing! We will 100% stay again

Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Carolyn is definitely on top of her game. She answered all of our questions in a quick and timely manner, our cond at the dunes was exceptionally clean and up to date,the whole property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Easy check in. Carolyn checked in on us and was very responsive. Great condo with amazing views. Loved having chairs ready for us each day at the beach. Stingrays is a great spot in the building too.

Joy Costal was a beautiful condo with gorgeous gulf views. Check in was super easy and the condo was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Carolyn was incredibly easy and she was very responsive. We had no issues and will not hesitate to book this condo again next summer!

Booked this property for a last-minute, late summer family getaway before school started and it could not have been better. Perfect location, perfect condo, perfect owners. We WILL be back! Loved the view, the complimentary beach chairs and towels, and the easy in-and-out setup of the property. From parking spot to inside the condo in less than 2 minutes. Amazing!

Just returned from a fantastic stay. The unit is super clean and user friendly. It was very comfortable and felt like home. My wife and I both feel like its the best condo we have ever stayed in. The owner was great to work with. There was an issue with the water in one of the bathrooms in the middle of our stay, and she made sure it was taken care of right away. This will definitely be our go-to place when visiting PCB in the future!. stayed

Wonderful property - we'll be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed condo! Attention to detail is evident from the moment you arrive. The beds were super comfortable and the linens/towels were very high-quality. We especially loved the huge deck overlooking the beach and gulf. The property is loaded with amenities (3 pools, Tiki bar and snack bar, basketball/tennis courts, etc). The pool decks have ample seating areas and many tables with umbrellas. We also enjoyed the beach chair service included with our reservation, giving us both pool and beach options. The host was very courteous and responded promptly to any questions we had and even allowed us to check in early upon request! We have been vacationing in PCB for 30 years and the Dunes of Panama is now our favorite place to stay. We plan on booking this condo again next year!

Great PCB Trip

This condo is GREAT! We had a wonderful trip. The property is undergoing remodel of some sort but no problems. All was under control and did not interfere with any of our activities. Property owner was very considerate and made the stay very comfortable. The condo is equipped with all amenities needed. Beach service chairs are wonderful!

Perfect getaway condo!

We loved everything about this condo! The check-in and check-out processes were very easy, and the owner was quick to answer any questions. The condo is beautiful and the view of the gulf is absolutely amazing!! Of course, along with some of the other reviewers, the bed was so soft and comfortable - wow! I never wanted to come home!

Our stay was great. Check in was smooth and easy to get into condo. Everything was expected . The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Showers could stand to have new grout . Mold was growing😏

Simply Amazing!!

The condo is everything and more!! It has all the kitchen things you could think of and the bed in the master room is heavenly!! The view is great and the beach is not crowded at all! We never had to wait for an elevator either!! Carolyn was super responsive and kept in contact the entire trip making sure everything was going well!! We will definitely be back!!
