Our apartments are located in the center of the city of Panama, capital of the Republic of Panama, a short distance from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and 5 minutes walk from the Omar Park, an impressive park where you can practice all kinds of sports or Simply breathe pure air in the middle of the city. Includes free parking, janitor and security guard 24/7.
The P.H. Quartier Atlapa is a residential complex of one tower which is composed of 20 plants or floors of which there are 5 parking levels and 16 apartment plants. We will find a social area with a pool, a free jacuzzy and Gimansio in the rooftop to enjoy wonderful views. The building has 2 independent elevators and consists of 24 hours security with two guards. On the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant both to stay and for delivery.
The neighborhood is active and walkable. In front of the Convention Center Atlapa and in a strategic site to move through Panama since it is next to the access to the South and North corridor as well as the multiple access to the center. Abundant restaurants for all tastes, supermarkets at a short distance. Services such as dry cleaning, Hairdressing and all banks around you. The building has a restaurant on the ground floor Healthy Food with interesting offers for guests.

I would rent again
I had to make this reservation at the last minute do a family emergency. Property manager was available and convenient. Property was exactly how it was described, Wifi ran with no issues. Water pressure and temperature were also great. House could have been cleaner but it was not dirty by far. Porch area did need cleaning. People above appear to throw things down. Private parking with a reserved space, although there was no garage key the attendant was very responsive. Overall no issues I would rent again and would recommend to anyone.

Great locale, great rooftop and views.
Good locale, right across from a big Sheraton, 2 small casinos and lots of restaurants in the area. Wonderful balcony w/view, terrific rooftop pool and deck, full kitchen. Good air conditioning. Only issues we had were:
- only 2-3 towels
- no extra blankets if cold
- the door to the balcony doesn't lock (from out or inside) so we were unable to feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the apartment
- the prop. mgr. I worked with left the company; seems like the new fellow is getting up to speed
Can recommend without significant reservations.
