Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Cons: MAJOR moisture problems in the bathroom. There is no vent fan, so water just runs down the walls. The elevator is out of order. The air condition did not work. No matter what we set the thermostat to, the a/c never turned on.

While the area surrounding the property is great and almost everything is walking distance , I would not recommend staying at the Village of South Walton . It has too many rules , it wasn’t clean enough and I felt like there are so many other , much better choices around the neighborhood. Do your research and don’t settle for the first property that pops on on your search.
