Very nice room. Great size and location. But the wait on elevators was absolutely horrible. By far the worst at anywhere I have ever stayed. At busy times in the morning, lunch or evenings you would be 45 minutes trying to get an elevator up or down 7 total in the building and 1 was broke down the whole time. Everyone in the building complained about elevators. Awesome room but wouldn’t go back at half price because of the elevator situation

The condo was very convenient. Very easy check in. It was spacious. I had to place sheets over the furniture in the living room. It’s very old and just nasty. Very much needs updated couches and chairs. Other than that, our stay was good!

Beautiful place to stay!

This condo was a lot bigger than I expected and the balcony was HUGE! We had the perfect view of the Ferris wheel and the pier on our balcony! I love that there are two huge pools. I will definitely be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay. Elevator wait times were not bad at all for us. Room could’ve been cleaner. Furniture is dirty and everything is a little run down. I received a call before check in on Saturday that someone would be there to clean the couches on Tuesday but no one ever showed up. Overall we had no major issues and had a great time.

Spring Break with 15 families!

Traveled with 15 families- over 80 people total- we all had rooms at the resort- beach and pools were excellent! Parking garage always felt safe. Amenities in the room were perfect for cooking for a large groups, washer and dryer were perfect! Overall excellent home away from home for a week! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice vacation home

Property was large enough for our family with room to spare, beautiful views. The pantry was dirty as were inside of most of the cabinetry throughout. Very few cooking utensils available. Add lots of cooking utensils and give the pantry and drawers a good scrub and it would be perfect!

Great place to vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tidewater Beach Resort is a great place to stay. This is our 4th time, but first time in this particular condo. The views were great & the condo spacious for 9 of us.Each room had a window for some great sunshine.

The space was nice but really needs a deep clean. The icemaker dumps ice all over the freezer and the bottom drawer is broken. The cabinets are peeling. The overall condition is good but could use some TLC. Caulking is missing and there is no shade for the top bunk so the outside light shines inside while sleeping.

Cleanliness

This is a very nice condo but the owners need to fire the cleaning crew. Molded shower curtains, front of oven door filthy, cabinets and baseboards in bathrooms brown with dust. The main living area was clean. Broken dryer plug in one bathroom. Otherwise, I’d stay there again. Great outdoor furniture.
