Its a great place the condo was very small for a 2 bed. Bedroom was fine just kitchen and living room was very small. Bathrooms was sane very small.

Mildly Disappointed

This condo was way below expectation. Beautiful and good location, but very old condo, worn furniture, surface cleaned well, but not deep clean. The condo was missing basic necessities such as linens to accommodate the number advertised for use. Also, we had plumbing issues from the day we checked in until the day we left rendering one bathroom not even usable. The rental company was wonderful, extremely attentive, always accessible and sent maintenance quickly each time needed, even at 11:00 PM, but the issues were with the age and problems of the building. The elevators in the building were down more than they worked and with a recent broken foot, that was not ideal and the wi fi kept going out. Also, it wasn’t a problem, but would have been nice to know… the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Good things were the location.. 1st floor.. great views, adaquate parking, ease to get to beach and good beach location, good cable and very comfortable beds. Again, the rental company we worked with was wonderful.. 5 stars…. But the unit was lacking per expectation of a previous stay at this resort.

Last minute

Due to a death in the family, we came earlier this year and had to chose what was available during Spring Break. The condo didn’t disappoint. I would rate it five star for all categories. We had to extend our stay twice and it was extremely easy to accomplish. The management company was great. Access to the beach was easy even though the weather only cooperated a couple of days. We did see dolphin several times.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great with the exception of the ice maker. Even with only two of us, it couldn’t make enough ice for our normal use. Overall, outstanding stay.

Pinnacle Port A135

This condo had everything. 21/2 baths made it convenient for all. Loved access to a washer/dryer. Two balconies were relaxing, too. The large pool was a bit rowdy with folks ignoring the “No throwing items in pool” rule and staying in past the curfew time, but the smaller pool was great! We also loved the chair service info given at check in time, no lugging chairs was wonderful. Great vacation experience.

Property needs an update. Condo itself was good. Maybe time for new sofas. It Took a phone call to figure out that the door locks automatically. Location to the beach is great! We did not venture to the pool. Top floor has a good view of the pool and ocean. One of the chairs was broken. Loved the bathroom/laundry room right off the kitchen. Could use some hooks for wet beach towels. Overall, we are satisfied with the condo! Would go back.

Wonderful stay, so close to a beautiful, not-too-crowded beach.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Point many times, and this condo was a beautiful example. The size was just right for a family of four, a nice-sized kitchen with plenty of room to cook and prep on-site, and an easy walk to the beach. A very short drive to Publics (practically across the street from the neighborhood) and a few minutes from great restaurants at the 30a Shopping Center.

Property was great had some issues with condo- no water at kitchen sink (reported twice to pinnacle port ) and ac didn’t work last day. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and will come again

Pleasantly surprised

This is a nice place, no doubt. Please note, the only reason I gave cleanliness 4/5 was due to the tub/shower being backed-up, causing ankle deep water in a matter of a few seconds. Aside from that, it was perfect for our family. We would rent this unit again.

Simply Perfect

This was the perfect space for my family of four. The location was awesome. It was very close to the pool, as well as the beach. The beds were very spacious, and the entire condo was well kept. We will definitely be staying in this condo again!

Our Vacation

Overall it was a nice stay but the sink in the master bathroom would not drain at all during our stay (and I did call the main number twice during our stay and a maintenance man did come and try to fix it) and it was stated that “it was a bigger issue then him”. Also, we were not able to use the guest shower due to never being able to get any hot water (I also called about this issue, twice) It was very nice but I feel paying over $2000 for 6 nights, we should NOT have ever had these two major issues.

Amazing beach

Right on the water, that’s the best thing. Room was ok, somewhat small but did the trick. Certainly need to bring extra stuff just for daily needs likes TP, trash bags, dishwasher soap,...etc.
