The space
We go all the way to make our guests comfortable. We fully wash all linens and even “duvet covers”. We do more than hotel standard!!!

The Sugar Sands is an oversized 3 bedroom condo (1300 sqft) with spectacular gulf view. We cover up to 2 cars with free indoor parking.

Please no outdoor shoes allowed beyond the hallway/entrance. Trust me, you will enjoy the space more knowing that no germs brought from outdoor, and the white wood floor can be stained by dirts and shoes. Please bring your comfortable house slippers and enjoy.

**Please note that the beach chairs and umbrella are for your use on the beach. The wagon will help you to transport your groceries but it doesn’t carry the weights of your luggage. $150 will be charged if it is missing or damaged upon check out.****

$90Resort fee will be collected upon check-in by the resort. It covers 8 wristbands to access all the pools and gym and parkings. Nothing to do with unit itself.
