Beautiful home just a few minutes away from the beach!!

House was beautiful! We fit our entire family comfortably in this home. It had wvrything we needed. The pool was a bonus, especially for the kids. They enjoyed it very much. Just minutes away from the beach made it so convenient. We would absolutely book this property again in the future.

The home was great for a large family or group.The backyard is awesome and so much fun! The only thing that saw needs some improvement is the cleaning. Some of the baking sheets were greasy and the floors, especially under beds or in the bathrooms were a bit dusty. They cleaned all visible areas and cleaned around furniture but not underneath. Overall, I might stay there again, but I would look for another property that is beachfront.

5 Star House, Location, and Host

Perfect house for us including our children and grandchildren total of 15 people. House was clean, well stocked, and and well maintained. Our host, Andy, was always quick to respond to questions before and during the trip. Even when the clothes dryer was not operating a repair crew was there same day and when that didn’t work then a new dryer AND washer was installed the next day. Very short walk to the beach which was also beautiful and clean as well as not crowded since not hotels are not allowed to build in the town. We would highly recommend this property.

Stay at Surf N Santa

Booked Surf N Santa for the annual family beach vacation. Everyone wants to come back next year. That never happens! Super clean and well maintained property. Super comfortable beds. 2 min walk to the beach! Ocean view from 2nd floor master balcony.

Great stay very roomy short walk to beach

We loved this house it was provided with a few items to get us through a few days (toilet paper / paper towels a few dishwasher and tide pods etc) which was very nice ... the beds were super comfortable .. a short walk to the beach .. I do feel like the pool was warmer than the hot tub I did contact management about it and they were over to house within the hour ! ... my one "complaint " which isn't really a complaint more of a suggestion there was no games at the house I did travel with my kids so I did run to the store and grab a pack of cards to keep them entertained before bed .. but we definitely enjoyed our stay and the location .... oh also the house provided beach chairs and coolers and a beach wagon so we loved that !

Beautiful property with fabulous pool!

We loved our time here! The back yard was where we spent most of our time. So thankful the pool could be heated! Short walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen and very large bedrooms. We will stay again!

Great family vacation. The only negative for this house or any this size would be a minimum of 2 refrigerators. The one refrigerator had a very small ice maker, we tend to cook most of our meals so the freezer was full and there was no room to store an extra bag of ice for in home use or the beach cooler.

A fun home away from home!

This was a great rental house! Nice size rooms, great pool area in the backyard, extremely well equipped kitchen. Only downsides were the living room which seemed too small for the size of the house and the picnic table seats which were very uncomfortable after a while (cushions would help a bunch!). Overall, a great place to stay!!!

Family Reunion

This house is a perfect location to the beach with a 3 min walk. We were able to get to PCB quickly, and it’s only about 25 min away from PCB airport. We had 18 people and this house was perfect for our large family. Andy is a wonderful host, and was very responsive throughout the week. The pool was used everyday and was a great addition. Would have loved to have another washer/dryer for upstairs as well, but still loved the property and will definitely be back.

Phenomenal

I would give this place a 12 out of 10! Beautiful home. The communication was outstanding!! The whole process was super easy. There were 15 of us 10 adults 2 teenagers 3 kids age 7,2,7 months and there was plenty of room for everyone!! Will be booking again.

Great family vacation

Plenty of space for families with kids. The property was nicely done and very pretty. We enjoyed the pool and porch, along with the easy walk to the beach. Was Great for an extended family vacation because the walk to the beach was so close we were able to come and go as we pleased. The beach chairs and wagon were a nice perk and greatly appreciated. Beds were very comfortable along with the linens.
