The room was fine, a little dated and quirky but perfect for our needs. Parking was NOT included and beach chair service was not included with this room.

The condo was dirty with sand in the beds, broken patio furniture, dirty dishes in the cabinet and black mold on the walls of the kitchen. I asked for a $200.00 refund and was only offered a $125.00 refund which is unacceptable. Disgusting!!!
