Great stay!

The location was perfect, and the house was spacious with great rooms. We loved the pool, beach access, and the daily beach umbrella service was a wonderful touch. There were a few minor issues, such as a delayed check-in and a kitchen concern, but the property manager addressed them promptly. The pool could use a good scrubbing, and the grill needs cleaning, but these did not affect our overall experience. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this property!

Buyer Beware

The place was great when we checked in for New Years... but things soon unraveled. The first night we were there there was a storm and we were in the 2nd floor master. The deck above us leaked into the HVAC duct which was right over the bed... which is broken. That night was ruined and we spent the rest of the time hoping it didn't rain again. Then we reported a broken garbage disposal and the first floor HVAC didn't work. You'd think not such a big deal in the winter, but all the windows were jammed shut and it got into the high 70's/low 80's at night when we cooked. Not good. They replaced the garbage disposal but the very kind rep. was apologetic that it took all day since all the parts under the sink were rusted together. Not Good. They sent 3 different crews over the course of 5 days and all of them lied about getting the AC fixed... it wasn't, and before you could say anything they disappeared. Not good. The grill needs to be replaced, the windows need to work, they need a new master bed on the second floor, the HVAC is completely shot, and the third floor roof leaking onto the 2nd story broken bed below was the cherry on the cake. They refunded only about 400...! Really... after all that. The place just isn't worth the risk... the owners obviously use it to print money and don't pay a dime for upkeep. Buyer Beware!

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent location, right in the beach. Just west of the busy PCB strip, so very peaceful. House is in good condition, but it would be helpful to add a few towel racks in the bathrooms, add in a battery vacuum for easier clean up.
