Atlanta Spring Break 2024

Another SB in the books. This house was perfect for a large group. Master is on the middle floor with two other bedrooms and the loft has 4 bunks. Pool and beach is about a 5-7 minute walk. House was immaculately decorated and had all the kitchen amenities. Seacrest Beach is very crowded with teens during spring break so young families check the calendar before making plans. Only downside was the master shower knob was loose. Overall, great house!

Perfect Spot

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. There is so much space and the amenities/décor are fabulous. My only recommendation is to just add some salt and pepper for cooking so you do not have to go out and buy and entire thing for a short trip. Would definitely stay again! It was one of the highlights of the trip.

Celebrates my daughter’s upcoming wedding!

We really loved this home! It was very spacious and provided 3 different floors of living space! It was conveniently located to shopping and eating. You have the option to walk to the beach or the pool, but there is also a shuttle service that is provided that is very nice! The home is very well equipped in the kitchen…they even have a Kitchen-aid stand mixer, which came in super handy for one of the recipes we made. The only thing I could recommend is to provide some basic seasonings such as salt and pepper. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to people we know!

great house!!

House was very clean when we arrived, and hosts were very accommodating, quickly answering all questions both before arrival and during our stay. We had a small maintenance issue that we had to report, and maintenance came within a few hours to address and fix it. Great house with plenty of room for big groups. We had 10 people and all fit very comfortably. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which we did the first day but would be difficult to do with smaller children. We used the free shuttle to the beach the rest of the days and it was super easy and convenient! Would definitely book again!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay for our friend's bachelorette party. The house was clean and maintained. It was easy to get in and out, and I would highly recommend for a large group. Plenty of space will three different levels!

Bach weekend turned roachy

Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood and beautiful town. But we had to share the experience with German roaches, a lot of them. The refrigerator didn’t run properly and the dryer is broken. The floors are in need of a deep cleaning. We had some other issues on our trip unrelated to 30A properties. But we’re pretty positive people and made the best of our stay. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my concerns.

Awesome place!

This has been our favorite place to stay so far! We go to Seacrest every year and this one was amazing. We had family, ages 11-72, and everyone loved it! It had everything we need and was very convenient to the shops!

Great beach house

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very spacious and decorated well. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a lot of light in every room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. I would recommend this place to friends or I would come back.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and spacious (even with 14 women in it!). The only issue we had was the dryer did not work (most likely from storm damage) but they were very accommodating to our needs. We only wished it were right on the beach and/or had a private pool!

Property Review

House was beautiful. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and baking. Spacious. Kids loved the upstairs bunk room and games provided. Outdoor deck space was great. Had some difficulty initially getting the lay of the land. Was much easier to navigate getting to the beach and the pool on day 2. Combination entry lock malfunctioned during stay but owners were very prompt and responsive to remedy the situation. Beautiful neighborhood and enjoyed having bikes on site.. Would definitely come back to this property again!

Girls Senior Trip

1st time in 30A overnight! Quick getaway for us! The decor and place was stunning! Perfect amount of space for everyone- Walking distance to eateries/ shops in both our resort and Rosemary Beach!!
