Enjoy a 3 bedroom 4 bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Resort! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this spacious townhome has room for the whole family. Centrally located in Panama City Beach, Gulf Highlands is a gated, family-friendly resort with 11 pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, playgrounds and shuffleboard. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, just a few miles away. Of course, there are plenty of seafood restaurants close by as well!

You’ll find all the comforts of home with high-speed wifi, smart tv’s in every bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The open dining and living room has plenty of space to watch tv, play games or read. There is an enclosed porch and outdoor patio that backs up to the canal where you can feed the fish and turtles. The largest pool in the complex is a short walk from our front door.

**Must be 21 to rent due to HOA complex restrictions.

Dog friendly, but max of 2 dogs. there is a flat $100 pet fee.
The property is NON-SMOKING.

Quiet Hours are 11pm to 7am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Security Deposit and Rental agreement
Signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security deposit info will be emailed hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and has video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

Great vacation getaway. The condo was located a gated community. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The host provided beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. The pool was very close to the condo located 50 yards away. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed a week for kids our spring break. Condo had more than enough room for my family of five. Three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. It was well stocked and close to the beach and the larger pool. Owner was easy to work with and get ahold off. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Short walk to the beach, clean, safe, area. Close to everything. Loved that it was 2 levels. Kitchen living and dining a on bottom floor….so when we woke up early we didn’t disturb the rest of the family upstairs.

The owner was amazingly proactive and communicative. Beds were very comfy. Loved receiving dining recommendations from the owner - Bayou at the Beach was so good!
