Elevator went down on Friday afternoon, was not repaired by Sunday when we checked out, no offers to help carry luggage etc down the stairs. Hot tub was also down the entire weekend. Floors in the room were so dirty that bottom of feet were black and we wore socks the rest of the stay while in the room, not sure if black will wash out or if socks will be thrown away.

Without there being a fire the fire alarm went off around midnight waking me up. Their system wasn't working right when I tried to check in either. The lock on my room room required several attempts at swiping to get it to open

Room 312 bath tub was not clean/sanitized. Resulted infected my feet and had to seek treatment. Secondly, the laminated floors needed to be mopped and cleaned with sanitized chemicals. The floor was BLACK and I had to use Lysol wipes to clean the floor so that when I walk under my foot would not be BLACK. The Bathroom light works occasionally. Comes on some times and the other times it does not. The water was cut off during my shower. When I called the front desk it was due to a water repair caused by a leak on the third floor. Please use my feedback to improve your facility so that the next paying customer will not have to go through these situations.

Ocean was close but not visible from the room. The room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillow choices for all types of sleepers. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was to cold during my stay to enjoy pool area but looked very inviting. Good breakfast selection. This will be my hotel of choice on my trips to PCB. Highly recommend!
