The moment you walk through the doors of 32 Abaco Lane in Rosemary Beach, you will be immersed in an oasis of relaxation and tranquility. The peaceful home nestled on the south side of 30A is conveniently located on the beach side with sugar white sand beaches and crystal clear waters a leisurely one-minute walk from the home and less than a minute walk to Rosemary Beach playground. As you open the front doors to the outside of this luxurious beach retreat, the gentle breezes beckon you to enjoy a uniquely rare feature of homes in Rosemary Beach - a lush, green space. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the stillness of the morning sun seated under the shade of the majestic oak trees. Children can play a game of afternoon tag as you sit relaxed in seating on the front porch overlooking a coveted homeowners green space. Take an afternoon adventure exploring Rosemary Beach on bike, with six (4) free adult bikes and one (1) 20 inch kids bike for the main house and two (2) free adult bikes for the carriage house. The main house is entirely remodeled with timeless architectural and interior design elements by Tracery Interiors with peaceful tones of the ocean to create the ultimate atmosphere of relaxation.

Perfect Family Vacation

This is all around fantastic property in fantastic location. The entire home is beautifully decorated, well equipped, with impeccable attention to detail in every room. Short walk to the beach, close to all the shops and restaurant in Rosemary Beach, located on green space for kids to run around, and plenty of space to spread out. Great rental for families

Beautiful home with lots of space. Great location near tennis courts and easy access to beach and pool. There is also a playground close by. The small house pool was perfect for a toddler. Owner also provided bikes. We come to Rosemary every year and I would definitely rent here again.

Fantastic property!

We had a great visit to this property! It was my wife’s 50th birthday weekend and this property was perfect. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We also had a private chef come in one night for dinner and everything we needed was in the house. Working with the property manager was seamless and all the information was provided so we didn’t have to reach out for questions once we arrived. I highly recommend this elegant property and will be staying there again in the future.

Great house great location. Rebecca was incredibly responsive. One of the best we have dealt with in our travels. Made the mistake of not renting the carriage house for a family who needs 4 adult full bed/baths. The 4th bed is on the upper floor and is a bunk room.

Can’t say enough good things about abaco on the green! Rebecca communicated everything we needed to know... and the house was beautiful and so well taken care of. This was the first house in Rosemary that we have stayed at that included everything from beach towels to laundry detergent to ziploc bags! There were even two baskets of toys for kids. The house was beautiful and such a great location. The green space was awesome for kicking the ball around!!! We will definitely be back!

Summer family trip

We had a fantastic stay at Abaco on the green. Wish we didn't have to leave!! The house was very clean and well stocked as previous reviewers described. The distance to the beach was a quick 1 minute walk. Walkover A is the closest access and it is definitely less crowed on this side. We brought our own umbrellas and chairs and had a front row spot all 7 days. Communication with the property owner Rebecca was above expectations. She was very responsive! I will definitely return and would absolutely recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here.

Dream Getaway in Rosemary Beach

We enjoyed a long stay at 32 Abaco Lane last month. The house was easily the nicest, cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in and Rebecca was fantastic and so accommodating! I cannot say enough good things about her or the home. We’re already starting to talk about our next trip back we miss it so much! My wife is a designer, and for her to be this enamored with a home really says something. The interior design is very well done, and even the little conveniences of having laundry and dishwasher pods, ziploc bags, etc. just made the stay that much easier. We have young children and they thoroughly enjoyed both the pool in the back, and the little park out the front. The park’s grass lawn right off the side patio was fantastic for a family - it felt like we had our own yard right there!

We’ve been coming to Rosemary Beach for the past 7yrs now and this is the best house we’ve stayed at. The owner was very thoughtful with providing extra beach towels, condiments and cooking supplies and toys for our kids. It was the little touches and early check in that really made things easy for us as we were able to give directly to the house. There was plenty of space for parking and the kids enjoyed the green space out front. The owner provided bikes which was very convenient and a huge savings as that is always something we had to arrange separately before. Location to a larger pool and beach was very close as well. We will definitely look at returning to this house next hear if our dates work out. Pooh

Very beautiful beach home

Very short walk to beach. Three year old made the walk no problem. The architecture and style of the home is very appealing. Tiny but convenient pool was nice to have. The 2nd floor master bedroom is actually 3 rooms, bedroom, sitting room, small tv room. Unlike most vacation rentals the house is very well stocked with supplies and kitchen items. Some dry goods, lots of spices and endless paper towels, soap, detergent. So you don’t have to buy a bunch of things just to throw away at the end of your trip. Kids loved huge baskets of toys and extensive beach gear. Note umbrellas and chairs at beach are extremely expensive and no other services at beach, no food or drinks for sale. Beautiful home on beautiful beach
