Gorgeous and very clean home! Love the little details like bunk room curtains, having plenty of good quality towels, and the beach items available to use. Excellent location with a peaceful, residential feel that is also minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Attentive property management. **Neighborhood pool not heated during off season unless you request and pay for that ahead of time

It was walking distance to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect to run in. Inside was beautiful and clean, even better than the pictures. It was absolutely perfect. Our family absolutely plans on coming back next summer!

Family from the area visited multiple times, and the house was very comfortable! It is a beautiful house with all necessary amenities. Access to the beach was easy, and the golf cart was a wonderful addition!

Would stay again!

We had a great trip thanks to this home! The location was wonderful and there was plenty of space for our family. Communication with the management team was good. We would let them know when we had questions or when something needed fixing. They would not give a timeline of when they could come but they did end up coming within a day. The only tbing I’d recommend is a deeper cleaning before check in. While the house was overall clean, there were a few things left behind from a previous stay that we had to take care of. I’d definitely return and recommend though!

The house was nice. We loved it. However, we had some problems. There weren't any waste baskets in any of the bathrooms, the towel rack fell off the wall in one of the King size bathroom, the closet handles fell off when I opened the closet door. My daughter's friends slept in the bunk room and one friend found a pair of fake eyelashes under the bed covers of one bunk bed and the other friend found a fake eyelash on one of the other pillows on another bunk bed. This leaves me to believe that the cleaning crew did not clean the house nor did they changed the bed sheets. So disgusting. I also left a shirt hanging in one of the bedroom closet and I called RD to tell them that the same day that I left so that they can retrieve it for me before the new guests were to arrived. After 3 texts and 2 phone calls, it took them a week to get back to me to say that they couldn't find it. Again, that leads me to believe that house keeping did not look in the closet because they didn't open it up to clean inside of it or they stole my shirt. Either that or the new guests stole my shirt because it took them over a week to respond back to me. There are so many vacation rental places out there and this left a really bad taste in my mouth. I will not be using them again.

Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we were taking in the some time at the beach and time with family. Even with a few rainy days, we were still able to do everything we wanted including walking on the beach in the mornings and evenings. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. Highly recommend this house. Very clean and nice!From reservations to check in to check out your organization made the process so simple. We also loved the fact that your organization checked in with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. To me that is great customer service most places you never hear from anyone. We were able to communicate with y’all via phone call or text and receive an answer almost immediately. The people all have terrific customer service skills and attitudes. Thank you for being so considerate
