Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. Lake town Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Themaster bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel. The condo is 1050 sq.ft and it is located in the best floor- 5th. RIght across the 10th level you will find one of the best pools in the complex, hidden away and extremely close, so no elevators needed to access it.

Horrible stay

The place looked very outdated their was straw paper on the floor their was Mitch match furniture and it definitely didn’t look the best and the master bed room bed looked thrown together the dresser drawers didn’t even stay closed the resort was very ran down poorly ran trash everywhere didnt control at all couldn’t even get in the hot tub because they were full of kids go to walk out of my room and their sets a big pile of dog droppings just not a good resort for the amount of money the charge you for how fees

Love laketown wharf; great location. Units pull out couch was broken and unable to pull out to sleep on so adults had to sleep on the bunk beds instead so didn’t sleep comfortably. Also unit wasn’t the cleanest. Besides that everything was good. Will stay again.

Highly Recommend This Property Manager

Our unit was clean! That is our number one concern when renting for the first time. It was clean, well decorated and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The property manager was very clear and detailed with communications. This is a large resort style complex and it could be very overwhelming without proper communication. There were a number of people at check in who were not prepared and were scrambling to provide the proper documentation to check in. However, I was given clear instruction that made my check in quick and easy. Properly manager was also very quick to respond to questions.

Dirty and down a bed

When we arrived I noticed that the bottom bunk bed looked as thought it was just nailed into the drywall and ripped from from the last tenants. They fixed it quickly but the pull out couch was broken as well. The pull out couch was not fixable and we had two people displaced throughout our stay. The bunk beds had food crumbs in between the mattress and the frame as well. Cleanliness was very low in this place and there was no compensation for the broken bed that forced two of the guests to share the couch or sleep on the little recliners.

Disappointing

This property was a disappointment to say the least. It was not clean, the washing machine did not work, it is not an ocean facing property like I was anticipating, and most importantly the amount of cosmetic damage to the place is terrible. I reported all damage upon arrival — and the response I got from the property manager was “I appreciate it.” The resort wasn’t as depicted. The pools are NOT heated, the first floor hot tub was cold, water was shut off from 9-5 on one of our days — the list can go on and on… I’m not a huge “review” person, but the amount of great reviews this property has I anticipated a little luxury getaway for vacation, and again, that was not at all what I received.

Memorable for all the wrong reasons

First of all spacious condo 2 bathrooms ++. Loved having all the appliances although every load was unbalanced in washer. Comfortable king sized bed. The cons towels were washed and left to get smelly, moldy we rewashed. Found wash clothes in cabinet under sink that had been defecated on we washed this also. Kitchen lights flickered on and off we left off to avoid any bigger problems. Someone had vomited on side of bed the sheets had been changed but vomit looked like it had been there for months because it was hardened on frame of bed and on inside the frame. My vision isn't that great but clearly visible filthy base boards throughout the unit front door had dark dirty spots as well as balcony probably really needed to be painted over. After 4 days conversing through e mail with Verbo asked if I wanted anyone to come out told them no didn't want anyone there while gone. Contracted cleaners came while we we're out on last night there to leave towels and sheets after telling them No. Felt like we should've been compensated somehow never once offered that. Someone just wants to collect money and not run a clean, quality, responsible, memorable experience for vacationers spending their hard earned money. FILTHY

Weekend Getaway

My family and myself have stayed at several Different units at Laketown Wharf and this Unit has by far been the worst one. Housekeeping need to be fired. Glad I am a mom that travels with bleach,lysol, wipes and sponges for cleaning. Floors were nasty, old coffee was left in the coffee pot, gnats were flying everywhere Im assuming from the nasty kitchen trash can (didnt notice this until the last day when gathering all our trash), dust all on the air conditing vents, spider webs along the kitchen wall, mold on the bathroom shower curtain, majority of the towels and wash clothes were VERY dingy and shouldve been replaced with newer ones, A/C unit Im assuming that in the hall way by the bunk bed or whatever is in that closet runs very loud( if u dont close the bedroom door you will be up all night) covers on main bed were sour smelling, balcony door wouldnt lock. Soon as we got there my 5 year old (who is roughly 50 pounds) sat at a chair at the kitchen table and fell down because the leg of the chair broke off. Thank God it only scared her and that she wasnt hurt…Overall if I had to choose to utilize this unit again I wouldnt…Best thing about it was the Great Access to the beach. NOTHING ELSE! Thanks for the stay, but I’ll remember to skip this unit when booking another stay…

Wonderful stay

The resort itself is awesome, with 4 pools so you can find one that suits everyone. The location is great and easy to get into and out of. Beach access was awesome, but it was a very crowded area of the beach. If we were to stay at the same place I would drive down the strip to a public access beach, or to St. Andrews park for sand fun

Probably couldn't have been any better.

Drove our vehicle to the fifth level and parked very close to our condo every day. We stepped off the elevator and our room was literally two doors down. The easiest most convenient place we have ever stayed while on vacation. Will definitely stay here again if it's available.

Off season

We stayed in Jan-Feb which is off season. Most of the restaurants and tourists attractions were closed. The Wharf was doing all their maintenance. They shut down the main elevator for 2 weeks. They turned all the water off for 2 days. You had to fill the bathtub up so you could flush your toilet. They closed several floors in the parking garage for painting. They were power washing everything which was so noisy. The Wharf issued me wrist brackets 6 times and they never worked, so I didn’t have access to the gym or the 1 pool that was open. I would never go there again in off season.
