Gorgeous wrap around views!

The views from the balcony can’t be beat! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning, seeing amazing sunsets in the evening and moonlight and stars at night! The condo is very spacious, it was very clean and had everything we needed for the week, having 3 bathrooms was a plus!! Celadon has a beautiful beach area and the pools are awesome! The location is our favorite, it’s out of the crowd but only a short drive to everything you want to see, eat or do! We had trouble figuring out the door lock and the property management was prompt in helping us. Our only complaints is the master bedroom bed is in need of repair or replacement. It looks as though it’s been fixed before but the headboard is still very flimsy and the bed squeaks every-time you move, and the lounger chair on the balcony needs to be replaced as well. Despite that we had the best time and we would stay here again!!

Condo needs some upgrades

Location was great and it was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t go back. The location was quiet and away from all the main vacation goers which we didn’t mind at all. Condo looked great when we arrived but as the day passes we determined it needed some help. There were no baking sheets in the kitchen and only one frying pan that wasn’t great. The knobs on the stove had no writing. All the print has been worn off. There were pillows stacked in the closets, but none of them had pillow cases. The master bath had one hand towel and two wash cloths. The couches were stained and very wore out. By the end of the trip my back hurt from sitting on the couches. The furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced. It was rusty and paint was coming off. The maintenance people were very nice. We had to call them twice while we were there. The glass globe fell off and broke in one of the bedrooms and one of the toilets needed to be repaired. They were quick and friendly. The condo didn’t ruin our time in PCB, but we would not stay here again.

Thanksgiving Break

The condo was clean and looked as it did on the website. The kitchen was well appointed for the exception of baking sheets. We could not get the pool code to work on any of the doors. We tried everything. Being a holiday week, there was not anyone onsite to assist. We emailed the property managers, and they did respond, but there was nothing to be done. We were not able to use either of the pools, hot tubs or workout facility which was disappointing. The couches were a bit worn, but comfy. The beds were fine as well. Overall, we had a nice week.

Everything was great, but….

The condo was great, view great , but beach service not good. We’ve stayed at Celadon for 5 years now. The beach service has always been great. Not this year! We’ve always had someone come ask if we needed anything or our umbrella moved. We were told to move our chairs to get in the shade of the umbrella. Not good customer service at all. We’ll be back, but hoping beach service is like it was last year and years before.

Great place to get away!

Great place to stay. Only concerns were some upgrades on couches (stains) mattress in bedroom with two beds (double needs to be replaced )and outdoor furniture needs some TLC. Loved the wraparound balcony. Would stay there again. Elevators were quick for the time of year we stayed.

Nice but not blown away

We stayed at this property last year. Last year's condo was nicer and more updated. This condo seemed not as nice and wasn't overly clean. Didn't appreciate getting a parking ticket for parking under the condo when we had a free parking space and code to park under there. There should be communication with the owners and property mgt and not bring vacationers into communication issues.

Great Stay

Great overall stay. We really enjoyed our time! It was clean, convenient location, easily accessible. My only concern I had is that the doors on the living room didn’t have a lock so my toddler could push the doors open and get on the balcony… that really needs to be fixed. Other than that, awesome stay.
