When we arrived, after several emails detailing COVID cleanliness protocol, our condo had not been cleaned. I called after hours property manager and was told that maybe they can get someone to come clean it. He was very nice and tried to be helpful, however they seem to have limited resources. Finally, at 10 PM, someone came to clean. However, my children were exhausted by that time, so we just had her change the linens so we could go to bed. When I called the next morning, the customer service representative I talk to did not sound surprised or concerned at all that our property had not been cleaned and said he “might” be able to get someone out at some point. Only after repeated calls was I able to get someone out to come and clean the property. Of course it wasn’t cleaned very well, because at that point we already had groceries, luggage, etc in.
They offered no compensation nor did they follow up to see how the rest of our stay had been. When we left I had to call and ask for compensation myself. All they offered was to remove the cleaning fees. Which seem to me like the very minimal they could do, as the facility wasn’t clean, so why would I pay the fee? While the location was nice, and the property was moderate, the customer service and management is pretty poor.
