Who doesn’t enjoy Gulf front views and ocean sounds? From the 8th floor, look down over the turquoise gulf with its snowy white sand. The condo is a delightful 2 bedroom 2 baths that easily accommodates up to Six (6) people. The Living room overlooks one of two pools and the Gulf from its private balcony. New kitchen remodeled with new cabinets and quartz countertops. Complete with new appliances, coffee maker, blender, mixer and Keurig. (3) barstools for extra seating at mealtime. The dining table includes (4) chairs and a bench and is adjacent to a living room furnished with a sofa and two (2) Powered Recliners with comfy pillows and a large screen TV. The master bedroom provides a comfortable king size bed and TV. Newly remodeled bathrooms, the Master Bathroom has a Walk-in Shower. The 2nd bedroom offers two (2) Queen size beds, and a TV for evening entertainment. This unit has a washer and dryer provided for efficiency allowing you to take clean clothes home from your vacation.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer and a dining table.
