- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- Sunrise Beach Resort allows 1 vehicle for this condo at a rate of $40 per stay (not included in the booking price). You will pay online for parking prior to your arrival through registration emailed to you.
- 4 wristbands are provided in the condo. You`re required to leave these upon departure. $20 will be charged for each missing wristband.
- The height to enter the parking garage is 6`8`. The height is further reduced as you go up the garage to 6`4`.
- Pool Deck Hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
**The west side pool is closed due to construction.
- Fitness Room Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (18+ only)
- The elevators, pool deck, and common areas are under 24-hour surveillance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
- The following are prohibited: loud noises, throwing or hanging objects from balconies or walkways, fireworks, destructive behavior, pets, skating/skateboarding/rollerblading, glass objects on the pool deck, vehicles with extended hitch/hitch carriers, smoking, jumping in elevators, etc.

This unit is clean and very homey feeling just love it!! Enjoyed it very much and will be back. Only complaint is the living room TV doesn't work for anything except online type television so you can't watch ballgames or anything network related. For this amount of money both televisions should connect to network TV. Overall had a relaxing and wonderful weekend.
